27/01/21: Purchase survey & valuation complete, mortgage offer
received
05/02/21: Reduction agreed on partner's sale (under-valuation) & on
purchase. Mortgage offer amended
08/02/21: Buyers pack returned to solicitor - sellers packs already returned
26/02/21:
Partner's sale contract signed
10/03/21: Purchase searches all back
16/03/21: My sale contract signed
28/03/21: Purchase enquiries satisfied, Title
Report & contracts issued, contracts signed & returned
11/05/21: Still waiting on final enquiry in the adjoining chain to be resolved. Consent to break the chain granted, instruction to move to exchange given.
17/05/21: All parties agreed to June 3rd for completion
27/05/21: Exchanged on my sale only
28/05/21: ALL EXCHANGED!

i ordered my wii fit on the 10th January and my expected delivery date even before i purchased it was shown as 9th March. When i log in to track my order it now says that the estimated delivery date is the 7th March. Even back at the beginning of January they may have known that they would not be available until March even for the people with delivery dates due in January.0

Im not hopefull form my 'new' delivery date of Feb 19th..
With people being given dates late into March, i think there just playing games and hold out as long as they can. In the vain hope that they actually get some stock back in before everyone cancels there order..
I can invisage another letter before the 19th with a new date and me cancelling the order all together.. :mad:0 -

Hi, mine says dispatched, expected delivery is today, so i'm just waiting for delivery (fingers crossed). I have just checked and the full amount minus delivery has been taken from credit card then another transaction has credited me £30 then another transaction taken the delivery cost.0
