I received a letter today to tell me that there is a delay in sending the item and it is being delivered by their supplier.
Estimated delivery date is.....05/03/09!!! :mad:

I ordered this on the day that the Op first posted and the money was debited from my account the same day...so I am less than happy.

No, mine has always said order accepted. I was told that the delay was down to their supplier, but that all orders would be fulfilled.

When the order changes to 'despatched' I was told to expect delivery in two working days.

I also ordered on day of OP & also received a letter today telling me that my order should be with me by 26/02/09.

My original delivery date was for tomorrow and now the day before it's due they send a letter out stating that i won't receive item till the end of next month, i booked a day off work to take delivery aswell.

My wii fit was meant to come tomorrow but there was a letter waiting for me at lunch time to say that it would now be delivered on the 19/02/09..

I phoned them up to complain and to ask about the £30 refund and all the woman on the phone could say, is that the suppliers had let them down and i would just have to wait.. I would also have to wait until i recieved delivery before i would recieve my £30 back..

This is bad customer service and its shocking the way they treat people.. If it wasn't for this forum i would have known nothing of how they conduct there £30 return policy.

Worst thing is i had 2 phone calls yesterday from Additions asking how my first order went and whether i was happy with there service or not!!

Me, too! I'm so annoyed, as I got a customer care call yesterday... I hope they ring back....:mad:
