Wii Fit £41.98 delivered

Hi

My situation is that i ordered 8th Jan and online my account says " Delivery 23rd Jan" but today i received a letter saying " Delivery by 5th March"

I phoned them and spoke to a lovely lady and she said that my account says delivery will still be tomorrow as originally stated and to ignore the letter as its not correct

My account still says "Order Accepted"....so it hasnt been dispatched yet :huh:

Anyone else in the same situation about dates being different?

Just rung to cancel and told that it can't be cancelled!!! To quote "..the order has gone too far and been despatched but we don't have it" ???????? MW are a joke! Anyone else been told this??

Got one in my hand tonight in Asda for £69. No nailbiting involved, not even a queue. Okay bit dearer but no waiting until April!!

Stop complaining.

If ANYONE is to blame it is Nintendo. These are delivered direct by Nintendo to HDNL and then to you. They don't go anywhere near Shop Direct other than HDNL, their delivery arm.

They will have told Shop Direct (Littlewoods/Additions/Marshall Ward/etc) how many they were allocated and by when.

Nintendo couldn't organise a p1ss up in a brewery - that is clear from their inability to deal with demand at all.

Alternatively, blame the people who skewed demand by posting the deal in the first place :rolleyes:

ordered mine on 9th and payment went out of my account same day.....was due to be delivered 23rd Jan...now website says 27th Jan.....I wont be happy if it doesnt come then as its a birthday present for my DD in Feb, I will be complaining to customer services, they shouldnt take my money till they know they can honour the order....until it is refunded I cant go elsewhere to buy one

I ordered on 8th Jan,original delivery due date 22 Jan,I had a letter today to say sorry but wont arrive until 12th Feb.
I don't mind waiting,as long as I then dont have to quibble over the £30 discount, so I rang to check this out,the lady said,the voucher was showing as valid on my account,and she would put a note on my account,to ensure this wouldn't be a problem.
My online order status now says 23rd Jan,order accepted.
I also got a call today from Marshall ward,to ask if I had recieved my order,and was satisfied!!
So I guess I'l just sit it out until the 12th Feb,and see what happens!They don't seem to be a very organised or well run company though,and I certainly wouldn't want to be shopping with them without the £30 discount voucher.
I'm sorry I haven't read the whole thread through,have many people who ordered on the 8th actually received their wii fit yet?
