I have also emailed the jokers and am not holding my breathe about a response. this is the worst publicity stunt ever as loads of people will turn up at each cinema and the majority will not get in!!0

What a load of prats they haven't got a leg to stand on because the tickets given in the beginning are branded with your name so officially they are branded tickets i'm going along anyway they can't really turn you away if you argue the point though usually they don't even glance at the tickets anyway. Although i have been to loads of see film first previews and love them and have seen some brilliant films they are very badly organised and this thing of emailing them and never getting a reply is a pain. What makes me laugh is you are supposed to email them if you want to cancel your tickets etc what use is that if they never reply to your flipping emails.0 -
OK, so maybe if SFF won't respond or talk sense we should all send polite e-mails to Universal, asking them to rectify the sitaution..or maybe we could doorstep them Bruno style??

It appears they will have a list of valid ticket holders at the cinema on the day.
You'll need to be on that list.
I missed out on them this morning so won't be going as my ticket from Monday ain't got number of persons, locus, date or time listed on it!! :mad:0 -

I've seen it before with ones like this with securty etc !
You end up queing up for ages whilst they get whichever unit is doing the showing ready then the security get the clearance for letting them in and the arguements start !!! checking names, checking id's, checking for mobile phones, putting them in bags, getting your raffle ticket for claiming it later.
Meanwhile the people towards the back of the long line of people hear that the film has started and start hurling abuse etc etc etc
Then a few people from the back move forward and people in the middle of the line think they are pushing in and a free for all starts !!!
This causes the security to step in and whilst they are doing so the people waiting all barge into the cinema
During all this someone could easily swipe all the mobiles in the bag left on the table :rolleyes:
Nope don't think I will bother with this one

What a shambles. I literally got my Bruno tickets for Cardiff in under 2 minutes after they were first posted here. Frustrating to think that 8 days or so later some stragglers secured their 'real' ones and I'm stick in the lurch!
Oh well, at least they sent out a (confusing) email explaining the situation. I for one wouldn't have been happy if I'd commuted on train to see this only to be turned around to go right back home!
Let me get this straight:
Branded = Your name, venue, movie, etc.
Unbranded = Your name0
