Just had the email from them saying about the tickets but it was in my spam box for some reason ????? Unusual as the seefilmfirst stuff usualy comes through as normal ?????
Maybe if anyone is still waiting check your spam box

Im really hoping someone can help please!!

I got 2 tickets for the viewing of My Sisters Keeper, but my printer jammed when printing the tickets. Usually SFF email a copy, but I've waited all morning on this coming through and still no sign of it.

Does anyone know has SFF stopped emailing the confirmation email (which I assumed was automatic) or is it likely they are too busy and will maybe send it later.

Is it possible I have now lost my tickets

I don't think so. Sometimes SFF has taken its time to send the confirmation but where are you located?

Hi Mrs Moc,
Did it not keep a copy in your printer file because it didn't finnish printing ?
Also they will send a reminder nearer the time so you can print one then

Thanks loads peeps, they're for my DD + Friend, so I didnt want to say too them I had the tickets and then have to fork out for them
