You have to register again. It's a separate site.

Whilst I don't know exactly what they meant, I do recall it saying somewhere when I printed mine out, that they would not re-issue tickets! Which I took to mean that they would not be sending email confirmation as they usually do but that is only a guess.

Hopefully, you will get a response from them. Fingers crossed.

Here is Universal's take on the Bruno chaos:-

    Hi Michelle,
Thanks for your emailing regarding our Bruno screenings. I will look into this specific technical problem – as you can imagine there is particularly a high interest in this screening program and there is exceptionally high traffic to the site. I’m sorry you couldn’t get hold of a ticket for this particular screening. I can guarantee to you this is not an ill advised prank. There will be 38 screenings taking place on 30 June which are the only screenings taking place in the country – we have expressed in all communications that this is of limited availability and that this a one off opportunity and people have to act quick to get a ticket – as mentioned this has caused a lot of people to access the site which may have caused these problems.

Apologies for any confusion or upset on this and we will look into the technical issues.

    Best,
    Jo

Confusion???? Flipping heck there must be a hell of a lot of "confused" people wandering around then! Not the best or most profuse apology is it?

Complete nonsense - blaming high traffic for the fact that they didn't code the site correctly :D

  • My reply to Universal is as follows so we wait to see how they respond further....

Thank-you for your email communication with regard to the Bruno screening. In response, I feel I must comment as follows:-

    1. The tone of your email gives the impression that you feel my complaint is one of "sour grapes". This is most definitely not the case and I am concerned that users of SeeFilmFirst in general have been seriously let down by the action of SeeFilmFirst and their incompetance.

    2. Whilst communications did indicate that there was limited availability, the system allowed many people to believe that a place had been secured and therefore, they were using the system in good faith - a faith that has sorely been dented once again through the incompetance of SeeFilmFirst.

    3. High volume to this site did not cause the problem and therefore members of the public are not accountable for the chaos. SeeFilmFirst clearly failed to code the site correctly so that correct information could be given to the users.

    4. Confusion was not caused to anyone. However SeeFilmFirst directly and Universal indirectly have misled the users of the system and therefore cannot be ignored or excused.

I would very much welcome your further comments on this subject as I feel your email was somewhat lacking and was an attempt to "dodge" the real issue namely the incompetance of SeeFilmFirst in administering these previews. As a point of reference, my email informing me that my ticket was invalid was received some four hours later than others and therefore there was no opportunity for me to secure valid tickets as indicated by SeeFilmFirst. Therefore, like many users, there was no level playing field for obtaining tickets after the error had been made by SeeFilmFirst.

    I await your further advices.

    Regards,
