.. is not the one you gave to iwanttoseebruno. (mine aren't the same)

OK, seefilmfirst and IWTSB are all but one and the same, but obviously not identical.

If that's not the case then I suggest you've "authorised" the email address from which seefilmfirst normally send their emails to you - namely administration@sff

On this occasion it came from HELP@sff

lol I managed to join but then I tried to subscribe to the film forum and got the verifying message and after that haven't been able to do anything. Oh well I'm off to the cinema anyway so not going to miss the forum being non-existent!

Although if are any more codes for my sister's keeper in liverpool come up tonight...

Ref - Bruno furore, to sum up .... am I correct in thinking that SeeFilmFirst stuffed up first time round, so they gave a 2nd chance of getting actual tickets but trying to hide the fact they even made any mistake.... and that the first tickets issued were not actually tickets in some sort of 'unobvious' way to us 'human beings that can type and read' :rolleyes: then re-issuing them to anyone rather than the first come served basis. as opposed to the people who had already actually applied for them before all this stuff about branding!

I think alot of complaints will be flying around!

Yup, that's pretty much what I think happened too.

Looks like sorry is the hardest word.

They messed up and don't intend to do anything about it. I'm sure all the videos of the ensuing arguments at cinemas will eventually be posted online and compete with the Bruno/Eminen video on YouTube. Some publicity you can't buy and some they don't plan.
