Just to clarify, this is NOT FROM the Frost/Nixon (2008) film.

It is the original May 1977 interview that the film is based on.
http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0261639/

..namely the Watergate confession

The Watergate section was compiled over 2 days when David Frost interviewed disgraced President Richard Nixon and questioned him for almost 29 hours on everything from Vietnam to China, from abuse of power to the Final Days, with the most tense and gripping sessions on Watergate.

Incidentally David Frost has "slammed" the film.
"Veteran journalist David Frost has called Frost/Nixon 'fiction' because movie chiefs changed some of the key historical facts for entertainment value."

I suppose it would be interesting to compare the two.

Thanks THAT is what I meant, but thanks all the same

Hi All,

Just to remind any of you that are Ambassadors for SeeFilmFirst that you and you alone should use the code you are given. You should not pass it on and certainly should not post it on this or any other website.

An e-mail this morning from SFF reads:_

"Dear Ambassador,

Important note: Please do not post the Ambassador code on free internet sites such as UKhotDeals. Only a handful of tickets per area are allocated to the Ambassador code, just enough for the AMB’s in each region. If you post a code on the net you will be preventing Ambassador’s like yourselves from getting tickets to the screening and wasting the time of those reading the post as the vast majority will not get tickets.

Please note that if codes continue to be posted on the net, we will deselect all currently Ambassadors and chose new ones in each area."

I am simply passing on the message, please don't berate me for it.

The Curious Case of Benjamin Button Preview - Sky Customers Only I think?
Sunday 25th January
Exclusive Preview Screening - a thank you to Sky customers
We're offering Sky customers exclusive complimentary preview tickets across the UK on a first come, first serve basis to see The Curious Case of Benjamin Button (Cert 12A), starring Brad Pitt and Cate Blanchett, before the film goes on general release.

Nominated for 5 Golden Globe awards, The Curious Case of Benjamin Button is based on the intriguing F. Scott Fitzgerald story about a man who is born in his eighties and ages backwards. From New Orleans at the end of World War I, into the 21st century, his journey is as unusual as any man's life can be.

The film tells the grand tale of a not so ordinary man, the people and places he discovers along the way, the loves he finds and loses, the joys of life and the sadness of death, and what lasts beyond time.

Watch the official trailer here.

The Curious Case of Benjamin Button is in cinemas on 6 February, but as a Sky customer you can see it ahead of the crowds on Sunday 25 January at one of the Sky Perks free preview cinema screenings.

But hurry - tickets are limited and are available to Sky customers only on a first come, first served basis.

Claim your two free tickets now (subject to availability). At the prompt on the site, use the movie password 'BUTTON' to claim your tickets.

If you miss out this time, check back here or sign up for the monthly Make the Most of Your Sky email for details of future screenings.

Please read the Terms & Conditions.

Can anyone advise how to get the tickets for this?

I have tried following the link and it just takes me to the sky website, I have logged in (I am a sky customer) but cant find Benjamin Button anywhere. I have tried going through my TV sky interactive and it just directs me to the website!!!

As quite a few people have thanked I am assuming someone has figured this out - any tips appreciated.

Thanks

I found another link on fmuk (thanks se7en) see below:

Did you even bother looking? It's half way down the page on the right hand side. You need to register with them.

Is it just me, or is anyone else TOTALLY FED UP with the way the Codes Thread is going at the moment - I understand if you're new, but is it really that hard to understand???

I check the cinema code thread daily and it does my head it the questions and comments that are put on there! I am forever reminding people to use this thread for that but have had a few sarcastic comments from people saying that I should say nothing.

It says in the title CODES ONLY, NO DISCUSSION so I really don't think there is any excuse in all honesty.

Actually Jules1964, I think several posters have said if it bothers you why not send a private message to the individuals who post on there inappropriately rather than also clog up codes only thread with reminders not to chat on there. it is an ongoing issue and will probably continue, i was guilty of posting on there and it was not a code but it was a public service announcement type post and I felt justified in posting it on the codes only as wanted it alongside actual codes. Personally I am not terribly bothered if a few people post discussion on the codes only as I have never found it to be that many. this is only my personal opinion and perhaps some do find it irritating and perhaps this sticky idea is the best option.
Just because your paranoid does not mean they are not out to get you ! :rotfl:
