1,000 Posts Combo Breaker I've been Money Tipped!
I ordered online last year and bought a coat and Burts Bees set which was priced at £8.99 on the website which is cheaper than the rrp and when i received the order the sticker price was £6.99

But i rang them and they refunded me the £2 no bother lol.

TK MAXX is only a glorified jumble sale. Absolutely awful.

I just ordered some trainers online which they actually managed to send lol and it was super fast, but the shoes are missing an eyelet on one of the lace holes which is annoying but I do love the design.

I was having a bit of a go about TK Maxx earlier lol and actually emailed them about the problems I had ordering online (I received one item in the wrong colour and one with a missing eyelet). Anyway, they got back to me in under two days (as their website promised) which I was impressed with because it was over a weekend. They quite happily applied a £10 credit to my account, as I had requested in my email.

I've order a poncho online now lol hope it gets here ok! I have ordered a knit wrap before and it was ace, so hoping the problems were a one off. My point is, if you have a problem, email their customer services, explain yourself and suggest a resolution. They can probably help. In my case, I stated returning items defeated the convenience offered by shopping online and I would rather keep them for a discount.

    You can only try! :D
