That is, I'd like some if it's no too much trouble.

What is wrong the OP's question? Keyloggers have their uses and are perfectly sound as long as you don't install one that is wrapped with a Trojan or Worm. I have wrote a key logger application some time ago now in C#, was not detected as a virus or malware, I have installed it to spy on people and catch them doing stuff they are not supposed to be....so what is the problem here?

The problem is that some people regard it as immoral to spy on others.

If you don't have that particular moral handicap, then fair enough.

Disgraceful. The government seem to cover up some things, and lose the stuff that's supposed to be secret in the post, so we run away to a fair and liberal environment and suddenly everyone seems to know what we're talking about but are afraid to talk about it since "Big Brother is always watching".

It is not immoral at all, when employees at the company I work for sign their Contracts of employment they agree to the fact that they will be monitored by any means electronically, Proxy, Keylog, Event Viewer et al, so they cant complain after they have agreed to the T&C's of their employment.
Since when has the world of computer software design been about what people want? This is a simple question of evolution. The day is quickly coming when every knee will bow down to a silicon fist, and you will all beg your binary gods for mercy.

    You can cancel the popcorn.

If you ordered it online and have already paid for it you can send it back under the Distance Selling Regulations. :)

They won't refund me!, as I have eaten half of it. I'm thinking of taking them to small claims court!

I've just realised that what I wrote in my last post made very little sense. A bit like the government, so all's good.

I think whether that is immoral or not is certainly debatable. Just because someone is coerced into agreeing to something, it doesn't make it right.

You might get an idea by looking at the post in which I first made reference to this, and then looking to the left and comparing the spelling of my username, using an "n" rather than an "m". I would have thought that the clumsiness on the keyboard and "leotard" references might have alerted you to the nature of your error.

    Timbim,

Ah. Now I understand. And I do apologise. For no offence was intended.

As in the case of the other poster, it was an EYESIGHT problem that caused it.

I have spent the last few weeks undergoing and recovering from surgery, at Moorfields, to one of my eyes. (Which is why I have had so much time to spend on here - keeping my mind active.) I won't bore you with the details but the impaired vision of the wounded eye is still interfering with what I see with the good one. If you look at my postings you might notice that half of them have been edited for typo corrections.

My apology to you is genuine and I hope, now, explanatory. I have no wish to offend you and I can assure you that I would not resort to such a childish jibe if I did.

I would buy you a pint of Fullers ESB to make amends if we were in a decent pub.

I hope that resolves this misunderstanding. (And I hope you never suffer the same misfortune yourself.)

    Kind regards,

    L.

Don't laugh at banana republics. :rotfl:

As a result of how you voted in the last three General Elections,
you'd now be better off living in one.

They are not made to sign the contract with a gun pointed in their face, they have a choice and you will find 99% of employment contracts will have the same clause in them these day's, my last 4 jobs did anyway.
From a personal stand point I would certainly not want one on my home network equipment as there is no need for one, however if I came down with suspicious husband syndrome then I might well use a keyloger if required. ;)
