I've got to say you really need a proofreader to go over your website- it does look like it's a take the money and run kind of set up when the spelling and grammar is so bad. Good on you for not providing a actual link I suppose though- more than most people do. :rotfl:This is my opinion. There are many others like it but this is mine:kisses2: Fiancee of the "lovely" DaveAshton :kisses2:I am a professional ebay seller. I work hard at my job, I love my job, if you think it's silly that's your problem not mine.0

i use asap couriers, have been for the couple of months.
only problem i have ever had (you are wonderful asap couriers- but just remember i am a moneysaver!! lol) was that you said i would get £1 off if i became a member, and although you refunded me £1 once, from then on i have always paid full price!
Stingy bit aside- since i found asap couriers i havent used another service, i have an account on their website and they have always been great. thats dispite me messing up a couple of times and calling them in a blind panic!!
they're great people!0 -

I am no commercial outfit, and probably only want to send one or two parcels to the US over the next few months. Are they going to take this kind of business seriously or would they just think I'm wasting their time and give me a cr*p quote. Current quotes via other channels so far (for a 7-8kg box approx 140cmx45cmx25cm) are in the order of 100 quid+ (insured).0 -
My bog standard freightsearch price came up as about £26 for DHL. Interesting.
Instead, I just booked via Interparcel Economy (UPS). I read all of their blurb, but my confirmation email has just told me that I must print off the shipping label and tracking sheet or I will be charged £15 plus VAT. Sorry, but that is not mentioned anywhere on the site (or am I blind). Without a printer, I cannot do this. And now their telephone lines are down for the day..great.
Any advice?Be nice0 -

http://www.interparcel.com/help/faq.php?category=Online%20BookingSome of our services need a Shipping Label to be attached to your packages, so you will need to be able to print these out.
For this, you will need a good quality B&W or colour printer.0 -
Whoops
Thanks for that.
However, information such as this should be linked into the T&C that you agree to etc, not in the FAQ. (i.e. anything you agree to should be at some stage during your purchase / checkout).Be nice0 -

I think you might be blind! When you hover over the logo the price quote box appears and it says in a box in RED that YOU NEED A PRINTER FOR THIS SERVICE. You must have looked there because that is where the price is.0 -
Hmm, yes I am blind
Never picked up on that bitBe nice0 -
Just started using Parcel2Go as I'd seen their link here. Had a hit rate of 50% on 4 collections. Parcel2Go seemed not to care about my complaints.
So out of desperation, booked a late collection at 16:50 via Interpparcel's service using DHL. An hour later, it's just been picked up. I guess I'm never using Parcel2Go again. As the newletter hints, their service is not worth any savings I can make.0
