Cheap Parcel Delivery Thread Mk4

Hello
I've been away for a while (ill health) and thought I would have a catch up with this thread.
I can't believe that matchsticks-on-toast is still plugging directparceldistrubution albeit under another name (lowcostparceldelivery).
Matchsticks plugs this company no matter what name they are using. As he is obviously connected in some way, why is that allowed?
This post surely proves something is afootmatchsticks-on-toast wrote: »dont know! but try www.lowcostparceldelivery.co.uk it goes to interparcels site
Yep matchsticks, I clicked on that and got taken to interparcels site.
I also got taken to interparcels site when I copied and pasted that link into my browser.
Brilliant way to assure your customers that low con are a reputable company.
HOWEVER when I manually input lowcostparceldelivery dot COM into my browser, I get taken to low CON parcel deliveries site.
Nice try but there are cleverer people around than you.
Did you honestly think that you would get away with it?
Actually, don't answer that. If you had been clever, you would have recommended them with any other ID and not the matchsticks one which is KNOWN to plug this cowboy outfit at every change of name.
:rotfl:
If any of you doubt this, try what I state above...I hope I never get so old I get religious...... Ingmar Bergman0 -
plus do you not think it's very strange that matchsticks always refered to this cowboy outfit with links ending in dot com before that post.... how convenient!
Whilst you all may be getting a cheap price and fairly good service from them at the minute, just wait until you have paid for parcels that are not collected or receive a bill from fedex for parcels that you already paid for. You WILL NOT get your money back because they empty their paypal account and do a runner. I know because they still owe me money from when they operated as direct parcel distribution/deliveryI hope I never get so old I get religious...... Ingmar Bergman0 -

Not sure if I am in the right place as I am new here! So apols if in wrong place. I am having a massive clearout and selling what feels like the whole of my house to clear debts. Some of these things will need to be couriered but i work full time. Therefore does anyone know of any reasonably priced couriers who will collect on Saturdays.
many thanks0 -

I think your best bet would be to drop them in at the Royal Mail, obviously provided the items aren't too mahoosive. The post offices are always open Saturday mornings.0

Do you have a porch you could leave them in (I leave parcels on my doorstep for collection but I live in the middle of nowhere with low chance of them being stolen!) or do you know anyone in the neighbourhood who you could leave them with? (Start mowing the old folk's lawns)
