Hey up everyone else in Olive's world..Olive have you put a behaviour chart on the wall? You could give them stars for good behaviour( as they are actng like kids.....)
Or an adult version, i think it is called work incentives..which could involve your boss in providing the necessaries, but it may help a bit.

Actually in my role as Personnel Law checker (I just ensure he complies with the law.) I think I may have found an answer. I haven't spoken to the boss (he's out this afternoon) But if/when I do, I'm going to suggest that FK goes on a people skills course, and I think I've found the one:
    "Dealing with Difficult People" :rotfl:
Sort of reverse or cod- psychology if she recognises what is difficult to work with.........

    I live in hope. ;)

I'm having one of my stressful "I can't cope" evenings :o

A couple of weeks ago the dishwasher stopped working, not sure why, I dragged it out, to check the fuse and suddenly the lights came back on:confused:

Obviously (well obviously, now, not obviously then :o ) I'd tugged at the plumbing a bit energetically and a drip drip started in the cupboard under the sink  The stagnant water collected and began to pong until even I noticed. so I've emptied the cupboard. Filled the sink to wash the shelves, and as you've probably guessed, when I pulled the plug, the cupboard poured with water _pale_

DS2 was due home at 9pm, so when he arrived I asked him to reconnect the hose, but as he tightened one end another connection loosened _pale_

So I've mopped some more :o and washed up in the futility room, but I'm stuck.

DS2 insists the job is beyond him. I'm only a useless girl (well I am now, 20 years ago I plumbed in a toilet :rotfl: ) and I just want to curl up and go to sleep :o
