Hey Olive, its great to see you back :j

By the sounds of it you had a wonderful time with Popeye and I'm so pleased for you!

Can't remember if you had gone before all the snow we had here? Somehow it only seems like 5 minutes since you left, I can't believe how the time has flown .

Got CRB check back for new job yesterday so hope to hear from Trust Head Office with a starting date soon - just hope I can get a proper nights sleep before then :o.

Are you back at work today Olive?

    Hi A

Took A up to his Dad's yesterday to stay til Sunday (F wants to stay home with me!) and by the time I had driven 200 miles my hip was playing up. Went to bed really tired at 10pm, woke in agony about 2am, up at 3am taking more Co-codamol and on computer til about 4.30 :o, went back to bed and slept like a baby til 10am - why can't I do that when I go to bed initially .

Sorry Shaun, I'm being dim. In kiwiland it's Ba-a-a-a-hck.('c' is optional. It's still a matter of scholarly debate. The elision from M-a-a- to B-a-a-H as a duplicate labial>explosive is covered in my 1849 Monograph, to be found the Archives of the Ashley Clinton Sheep's Choir.

And I want somebody to know what I'm on about - there's enough of us of suitable b/g here. I've made occ. attempts to get the recording again, sans succès - can hear it now.

    Look here:

and can't make other links work.

    the Ashley Clinton Sheep’s Choir
heard similar in the uk as a child
    welsh male mountain sheep choir
    with such classics as
barrr barrr black sheep (folk song)
bar bar baby, baby bar bar( later covered by some 70s Scottish pop band)
i was made for ewe ( covered by Freddie and the the dreamers)
life on barrrrs (covered by David Bowie)
unfortunately the master mind behind the flocks successes ewan clove foot, was killed whilst up mount snowden trying to persuade a 4 piece group of mountain goats to join the male choir
apparently he had a thing for mounting goats!!!!!!

god do i need to get off the drugs and get out more!!!!!!!
