No matter, they

are very pleased with flat-as-a-not-pan-,-but-carrot-cake and two slices of one-side-burnt toast.

To whit: Big Boy, M et Mme Merle, robins, thrush, chaffinches, sparrows, dunnocks, wood pigeon, collared doves, blue tits, great tits.
They are lately spending all morning breakfasting and I feel bad opening door.

I'm back in civilisation Popeye took his anorak, but had no cause to need it. (He'd have had trouble finding it though as I'd buried it it DEEP) We narrowly avoided sunburn and have tried to live with MSE tools, we're only slightly beyond budget (:mad: to out of date guides:o ) And we've seen/enjoyed the most amazing things. But it is a new and more relaxing way of life, to have a budget and KNOW that things are paid for or accounted for. We're so much more grown up about these things and let me say how liberating that feeling is!

Got to go a Cicadee is running around the room......:rolleyes:

I was rather disappointed to see that you earn fewer airmiles for the same flight if you get the flight really cheap How un-MSE is that? I was banking on using those airmiles to come back in May!!!

Popeye has suggested an MSE meet in Cape Town however......;)
