Spud for the seven breakfasts, seven shakes for lunch and seven soups for dinner it was £37.40, which is a bit:eek: but given that I actually spend quite a bit on takeaways and eating out with OH at the weekend it is probably a saving for me...:o

So for the 2 of us, it would be just under 80 squid, plus we'd still have to food shop for the kids

What flavours are the shakes, soups etc?

We're like you with takeaways, so I suppose when you take that into account, it's not too bad

I wish mine was caused by this cold going around, it would be easier to shift. It's a side effect of an awful allergic reaction I had on Monday. I have no reason to cough at all, it's just my body being in panic mode still :(

I'm fed up of coughing now....I can't talk for any length of time without coughing or walk up the street without coughing.....well actually barking now....if its an reaction to something Gemz I am not sure any cough medicine would help..:grouphug: whats the interview for...

Sammy that is a lot of money but like you say if you used to buy lots of takeaways etc it probably won't be much different. Will be interested to see how you get on and weight loss. :) You go girl

I have got for my breakfasts:

    Banana
    Butterscotch
    Chocolate mint
    Chocolate orange
    Fruits of the Forest
    Strawberry
Vanilla (apparently if you put coffee in the vanilla and heat it up its like a latte!)

For my lunches I am having ready made shakes and I have four banana and four strawberry.

For Dinners I am having soups and I have got:

    Spicy Tomato
    Oriental Chilli
    Mushroom
    Leek and potato
    Broccoli and cheese
    Chicken and mushroom
    Vegetable

If I have 3 shakes a day plus 50g of protein I will be eating just 615 calories a day but having all essential nutrients...I am pretending I am on an expedition to the North Pole and I have my dried food with me..:rotfl:

Don't worry too much - half the panel will be coughing too!
How did you get on with the bank? Or have I missed a bit?

Just a volunteer job as I feel I need a bit of a break from youth work but am going crazy just doing my normal job. You're probably right about the coughing, even anti-histamine has done nowt today. :grouphug: to you too.

Nah the docs just ignore me anyhow so I've given up, I just get more sick when I go because my immune system is so bad. The dietician saw how bad the reaction was on Monday (good timing huh ) and will write to the doctor to say so, so I might get somewhere soon. No inahlers but she thinks I should have an epi-pen as the reactions are getting more severe.

It has to do with your BMI beanie...If you want to do Lighter Life you need to have a BMI of over 30. Cambridge you just have to have a BMI of over 25 and at least a stone to lose...there are also six different diets you can choose and all of them except one include 'real' food but its all based on the GI index..at the moment I just feel that I need all my choices taken away from me..

I think the bad news is for you Spud, is I think your OH might need a fourth shake a day cos I think if you are tall and a man you need a few more calories..
