What time is your appt tomorrow for the cambridge thing?? Are you looking forward to it?...or is that a silly question!

I've just been Sally....I now have a weeks worth of 'food' or a 21 different packets for breakfast, lunch and dinner for the next seven days....I can also eat as much lettuce, cucumber, mushrooms and celery as I want and 50g of protein a day! I also have to drink 4 litres of water a day.

I am not sure whether I am looking forward to it or not...its a bit of a relief to not worry about what to eat to be honest.....I think I may struggle with the water more than anything...I love my cups of tea in a morning.

The first four days are the worst apparently, but my counsellor is 2008 counsellor of the year and she seems really nice. She has lost five stone on the diet....and kept it off.

I am now just having a final cup of tea and working my way through a packet of chocolate digestives.....  :rotfl:

I dunno whats up with my cat tonight. She's normally pretty quiet but she can't get enough of me, rubbing against me and meowing like crazy. Rather odd!

Why do we always do that?? Stuff ourselves silly with naughty food before starting a diet. I have come to the conclusion that actually I just need to learn some self control, enjoy food, savour it and eat everything in moderation. My trouble is that I eat when I am bored, lonely, stressed, etc etc you get the picture. This is what I need to get over.

I hope the plan works for you, My aunt did it years and years ago and she lost loads. What are the meals like..add water to powder kind of thing?

I've tried googling the episode, and someone who was also on it has posted somewhere, saying that fireworks fly
