Why do we always do that?? Stuff ourselves silly with naughty food before starting a diet. I have come to the conclusion that actually I just need to learn some self control, enjoy food, savour it and eat everything in moderation. My trouble is that I eat when I am bored, lonely, stressed, etc etc you get the picture. This is what I need to get over.

I hope the plan works for you, My aunt did it years and years ago and she lost loads. What are the meals like..add water to powder kind of thing?

Yes, I eat when feeling any kind of emotion! We were laughing at work today and trying to eat our lunch 'consciously'.

They are all powders that you make up with water - I have one of every flavour, except for lunch which are ready made cartons. I can also take celery and cucumber sticks with me to work to nibble on....

  • How much you want to lose Sammy? I did the Cambridge after DD2 - it was the sachets and water only in those days. It worked but make sure you drink the water or you may get a headache.

Sammy, i'm going to ask the all important question (for me, anyway)......how much is it :o

Spud for the seven breakfasts, seven shakes for lunch and seven soups for dinner it was £37.40, which is a bit:eek: but given that I actually spend quite a bit on takeaways and eating out with OH at the weekend it is probably a saving for me...:o

I want to lose 2 stone and 4lbs bookie, cos i have managed to put another 4lbs on over christmas:cool: . She did warn me that I may get headaches (although I have had one permanently since I got this flu back in early december), she said I may feel a bit like I am coming down with something and constipation can be a problem so she stressed the importance of drinking the water..

Covonia is fab but tastes horrible. Have been recommended Cough Nurse, but havent tried it myself yet :D

I have it on my chest too but read it online - it's meant to be an acupuncture thing, figured it was worth a go.

I can't take any medicines :( Wish we had honey will have to get some tomorrow.

It's going to be so embarrassing coughing my way through an interview :o

I wish mine was caused by this cold going around, it would be easier to shift. It's a side effect of an awful allergic reaction I had on Monday. I have no reason to cough at all, it's just my body being in panic mode still :(

Don't worry too much - half the panel will be coughing too!

    Keep nodding off!:rotfl:
