On 615 calories, I'd guess about 5/6lbs in your first week and about 3lbs after that - based on a BMI of 25+No longer using this account for new posts from 20130

Nah the docs just ignore me anyhow so I've given up, I just get more sick when I go because my immune system is so bad. The dietician saw how bad the reaction was on Monday (good timing huh ) and will write to the doctor to say so, so I might get somewhere soon. No inahlers but she thinks I should have an epi-pen as the reactions are getting more severe.
Well, I have allergy related asthma, and often get a really bad cough. I have 2 different inhalers and have to increase the dose on one when I have a cough. They really do help

Think you should change your siggie to that Sammy...catchy little phrase there

Are you intending on running too?? You will need to be very careful hun as on those calories you are going to get very light headed with any kind of strenous exercise I would have thoughtI'll make a wish, take a chance, make a change And breakaway. I'll take a risk, take a chance, make a change and breakaway ....

I think the bad news is for you Spud, is I think your OH might need a fourth shake a day cos I think if you are tall and a man you need a few more calories..
You know, I doubt he'd be able to do it, if I'm honest. He's doing OK following SW with me, but still sulks and craves pastry :rotfl: :rotfl:Is it better to aim for the stars and hit a tree or aim for a tree and land in its branches :think:Loves being a Wonderbra friend :kisses3:

They tried me on inhalers years ago when I had chest problems, didn't make much difference. Thinking about it, I've been sick for around 10 years now to varying degrees

This is massively important for those on these very low calorie diets! You can also end up burning muscle instead of fat. Ouch.No longer using this account for new posts from 20130 -

I haven't done any strenuous exercise for about six weeks now....don't worry I don't intend to do the total shake bit for any great length of time. Will take this first week slowly - they do suggest half an hour exercise every day.
I remember watching a programme on Colin Jackson and he admitted to eating very little at one point and I remember thinking how on earth did he run on just that amount of food...Quality is doing something right when no one is looking - Henry Ford
