Think the juice may make a wee diff Maz,have read it does which has always confused me as if its diet juice.........

I'm going to test that theory too and I'm going to have an early one on the weekend, i enjoyed my saturday morning run last weekend, haven't really enjoyed the teatime runs this week as much...
