I ordered my dehydrator from QVC yonks ago ... and this morning it arrived ... only problem is ... I now have no idea how to use it or what to do with it!!
Any good links / books / tips you could recommend!

I have just bought the grey l`equip dehydrator after spending all last week drying porcini in an oven and on wire mesh on radiators. I have really enjoyed reading all the tips on msE and I can`t wait to get going with soaked grains etc. Now to buy the Mary Bell book0
