My Lord! Well done mum2one !!! You are so organised and mn, too. :money:
How do you do it? I only have the x-mas wrap, tags, ribbons and cards - all from Halfcost (when they had the sale on x-mas stuff). Valentine's sorted, too. :j:j:j. I have to sort cards out for m+f's day, easter cards+easter goodie bags x 7, birthday cards+presents x 10, and don't get me started on x-mas presents. I have no idea where to start with all this lot and be mn at the same time.:eek::eek:0 -
FURRYPIG Hope you are having a wonderful time in Florida! Don't forget to get lots of awesome photographs to scrap and some Disney stash too
Jammy You could have a go at making some cupcakes with cream and everything inside and put a love heart sweet on the topSounds like so much fun.. can I come!! I will just hide under the duvet lol
Sarah You must be mad going out in this but I guess you nabbed the bargains for your bravery!! Soo err.. how much kinky stuff DID you buyWe used to be all-out handcuffs here but now I am pushing the boat out if I order a film from the telly instead of buying a cheap DVD
SugarSpun Sounds like you are doing just fine to meHow is everything going?
mdhughes I know you don't give to receive but it does make a statement when your friend conveniently forgets a birthday. My very good friend sent me a card that said 'present to follow' and I have still not received anything yet.. a year later!!
Mhagster I think I probably got a lot more housework done LOL I am terrible for coming on here but I am trying to get better at staying away from the pc LOL
mum2one Look at you being all efficient and kicking bottom!! If I had made a list of what I had bought I would be happy.. never mind have the whole birthdays organised and moving onto christmas! You are a star!!:xmastree:Self Certified Christmas Addict:xmastree:0 -
hiya everyone,
Glad to hear ur all well and loved all the comments about other halfs lol i had a gud giggle reading them all!
Well i sentan ink cartridg and old broken phone to tesco recycling and got 300 points for em so im well chuffed now got 600 clubcard points which are being saved to get clubcard deals at christmas so that is £24 worth of deals so far!!very pleased!
Also got prezziesfor my OH for valentines day so im happy that it is all sorted too! x x x0 -
Sylphy I saw this lady with brown curly hair in Lush when I was up by marks and sparks and I was like OMG that is so her.. but the closer I got the more I was like.. NO.. NOOO that is NOT her!! I just had this terrible thought. I bought Lee 7 games AND the full rock band set since christmas... that is about 500 pounds.. Does Ryan get a staff discount? I could have split the savings with you LOL ARGH!!
paddy I am no philosopher but I do get annoyed really easily.. well.. agitated thanks to OCDI can totally relate to the spud incident. It is less hassle for me to cook because if he does, there are pans everywhere, flour all over the floor, the sink is full of greasy things AND glasses (ARGH NO don't mix the two!!) Then I will see there is something in the sink which he has not drained properly like a huge chunk of pasta. I go to make the kids toast in the morning and it stinks of garlic because he has cut it on the butchers block instead of the plastic board.
ARGH

Its been a stressful morning & I am ready for bed, lol, if only I could.
Had an urgent phonecall this morn off my mom going nuts coz I didnt have my mobile on (I did, reception is awful around here at times), my sis-in-law was going to have to have a c-section, 2&1/2 months early.
Kaidence (Kaidy for short) was born at 12:20 at 2lb 4oz, poor girls all ventilated up but seems to be doing well.
& thanks to being organised I already have a pressie:T
I congratulated my brother on having a baby at a time where there was no birthdays, makes life so much easier, lol.
PLM, sticking to black/blue hair at the mo, even if it does need a touch up, its my blonde streaks that give the root growth away (& my ditzy side). You spend more than us on games
Furrypig, on holiday & still coming on here, now theres commitment! (or should that be addiction?)
I've got a couple of the £2/£5 vouchers from boots so was looking to see if I could get anything free/cheap & do a hair product/beauty hamper for someone. Couldnt think of anyone, so thought I'd leave it. Before paying I got a 150points on Umberto, Toni & Guy & another 1 (cant think of name, lol) & had another look at the hair stuff, then, OUCH, brain wave!!! With my hair I have to buy quality styling products, so I can but my usual stuff & store it, getting it cheaper than usual & getting the points
So far I have about £27 in boots points, not a lot compared to many on here but I'm hoping to make them go further in next years sales. You cant take a step forward with both feet on the ground0
