    Hi all my fav girls!

we had the BEST day ever at Discovery Cove it really is a special place and worth every penny!! The children had the day there from 'father Christmas' so obviously v MSE as didn't cost me a penny!:rotfl:

I do have some piccies though the ones the official photographer took are sooo much better so we had to buy them. My ma and pa didn't want to swim with the dolphins so they stood on the side and took loadsa pics for us. Also got to snorkel with huge tropical fish and rays and swim around in a really 'warm' river. All the food/drinks/snacks were included so it was an easy relaxing fun day for us all and I'll never forget it!!

Won't be able to go shopping to any of the craft places/shops here now as noone else wants to go. So in light of this I bought some scrapbooking bits in both Discovery cove and at Disney!! WEll I blame DH as I suggested I pop in to just 1 shop for just half an hour but he wasn't having any of it so I thought blow it I'll spend the money on the big Mickey Mouse set of papers!! When I finally create something I will show you!

I too am jealous of Rusty and Bun bun having a meet up!! How long would it take to get from Guildford, Surrey to 'up North' for a cuppa coffee!!!???

Have great days everyone and I also agree I don't need any holiday reading with all this lot to catch up on xxx

furrypig - you sound like you are having a fantastic time. those pics are fab and so cute! well done for getting some disney papers and can't wait to see what you do with them.

PLM sorry to hear you have a migraine hope it goes soon. they really are not nice. make sure you rest and get rid of it soon.

it is still snowing here and I have postponed my teaching till next week. Just have to decide whether to risk the roads and drive to pick the boys up from school or whether to walk - 1 hour each way!

furrypig - wow, you look like you're having such a great time! Glad you managed to pick up some purchases and look forward to seeing what you create with them

PLM - get lots of rest and drink lots of water and hope you'll be back soon :D

    bunbun - are you a teacher? I'm so nosy aren't I

My OH is in Middlesbourgh today for work and is about to set off home and he's just rung to say it has snowed solidly for about 4 hours  so it may take him a while to drive the 200+ miles to get home. He's also working Valentine's Day and going back to Dubai next Friday for work for 12 days  . I hate it when he's away but still love him :heart2: (oh, don't tell him I said that cos I'm hoping my slightly stroppy mood might win me a few extra chocs for Valentine's ;)).
 If you want the rainbow, you've got to put up with the rain
