thrifty gifty child in this house has just been sent to bed for pressing pause for the third time so I couldn't beat her playing raving rabbids tv party on the wii :mad: so it didn't last long :rotfl:

Hi Bunbun, it has stopped now, we have had 3-4 inches!!! ... kids loved coming back from town on the sledge, I was freezing but we all wrapped up warm again and went to the local park tonight on the sledge there is a few small hills so we went sledging down them ... I let my baby girly go down on her own .... oops she fall off and went into the snow face first :rotfl: she lay there shouting for her daddy ..... then she came down with me and was shouting for more My son and I have built part fo a snowman ... we then had to com in as it was late and we hadn't had tea!

Tomorrow is a teachers training day so no school ... however I hope it snows loads to the point we are snowed in then my son can stay at home with me instead of going all the way to manchester to stay with his real prat of a dad!

We have snow here as well. Not looking forward to the drive home from work in a mo. Hopefully the snow will mean people will cancel their appointments tomorrow and I can get on with my knitting!

we have rain......it has washed away the remains of our. lovely snowlady, kids made her on Monday. It's maybe as well, both me and dd2 thought she was getting a bit scary looking!

a scary day driving to school and back but we had a fab time sledging tonight. I learnt tonight that beagles make rubbish huskies - she loved it though (the dog and the bairn) Couldn't get to my usual shops today so I tried farm foods and got some bargains though I couldn't get everything so I still have to go out tomorrow.

So we're money neutral for valentines - not spending anything! am cooking a meal for hubby but I've included it in our food budget. Just have to cut out a heart so I can sprinkle over some icing sugar onto the dessert to fancy it up! Going to get dd to make dads and grandads cards in the morning.

February's birthday is sorted and neutral. So need to start on mothers day and easter.

Still waiting for my money from music magpie and then I can buy the presents I want to get for april and may. Going to ebay like crazy for may as it's dd's bday and we'll be doing a party - she didn't get one last year - bless her - but she's been telling all her nursery friends they're invited and keeps asking if it's today. The new craze is a new play area that costs 10.00 a head:eek: so have to think of something else. She made me laugh tonight - she said 'I haven't got big boobies, you've got big boobies mammy', so I said 'when you grow up you'll get bigger boobies' to which she replied - yeah and then I can walk like a lady - ha ha don't know where that came from!? she's 4 in may.

Ahh Scattymam.. Kids are so cute at this age!! My daughter has a habit of BURSTING in when you're on the toilet, usually clapping saying 'WELL DONE!! You did a biiiggg wee wee on the toilet!!' When she came in the other day she noticed I had some err.. hair.. and said 'DADDY.. what are you doing down there, get up!!' She wouldn't clear off and leave it either. KIDS!!

Woke up this morning and puked everywhere. Was supposed to make a card but had the parents here all day and then when I sat down to craft and take a pic for you all I heard Emily puking all over her bed. I wasnt quite prepared for the mess when I got in there. KIDS!!

I am so tired right now I feel like my head is going to explode from the migraine pressure.
