  • I chucked my CPW Vodafone contract last month and therefore I had a choice; to go with Easymoblile or Tesco Mobile?

As many of you pointed out, Tesco would be the better choice which I did. So far no regrets, its so easy!
  • At easyMobile.com we make no charge for a PAC nor do we charge a closing fee. Any balance on the account above £5 will be returned, once the account has fully closed, whether or not the customer has requested a PAC.
What do you mean by above £5 that if some one had balance of £7, you refund £2 or All £7? or if balance is £2, nothing will be refunded?
There is no need for a customer to incur the 25p Top-Up fee; we have an automatic Top-Up service which is free; once the balance reaches £2 we take the requested amount from the customer's credit/debit card.
    Whats This?

We did experience a technical hitch with our Bonus Withdrawal system; any customer who had an incorrect Bonus Withdrawal applied will have had this rectified upon contacting our customer service department; the join up Bonus is non-refundable hence the need for this to be applied when a Customer leaves us.
So whenever some one leave EasyMobile he have to pay the Joinup bonus back, What the point of giving them bonus...Just attarction??? I spoke to CS they said that they have taken back my refered to a friend bonus, Why?

    This really is a no-brainer.

Either Tesco Mobile on a good network with simple economical terms or EasyMobile on a poor network with lots of hidden extras and 'gotchas'.

    I know which I chose.

  • Hi Mates!
Today I decided to get rid of this EasyTrap coz I can't afford 75p/month. I had negative balance of £ 2.60. When I paid £ 2.60 by my card, I was expecting 0.00 Balance but it shows negative £0.25. Then I find out that they charge 25p for topup  , Then I made another payment of 50p, Then my account balance become £0.00, Then clicked on Close Account. After going through the process I managed to close my account but now it shows my balance negative £ 3.36  , It appear as 1 Bonus withdrawal I don't know what the hell is it. I am going through this hessel coz may be they mark this balance as uncleared debit, Can some one confirm?????

i had the same problem but they deducted £19 from me

You agree to pay us promptly on termination of the Agreement, any monies and/or Charges outstanding at the date of termination. We will return any amount of your advanced payment remaining, after we have deducted such outstanding monies and/or Charges from the advance payment, either by sending a cheque, by bank transfer to you or by returning the amount to the credit card used for topping-up your Account. We will charge you a small fee to cover any administrative costs we incur in returning such monies to you. Any free airtime which has been credited to your Account as part of an introductory or promotional offer or bonus scheme will not be paid out to you as a cash equivalent on termination of this Agreement or otherwise and is non-transferable.

yep they return you any balancce above £5, but in my case I was not claiming my balance, They just withdraw the bonus which I got by refering to a friend, My friend is still their customer, so there is no point of withdrawing that bonus from me.
