Well a little PAD of £3 today, I couldn't get onto internet banking for some reason so it's just the ordinary top up DD thats gone out today. I did have a NSD today which is good, and I still have £16.50 of my weekly spending money left - I really don't need to buy anything this week so hopefully I can carry most of that over to next week aswell hehe.

I'm just waiting for tesco to deliver my shopping now - could be any time between now and 9 I just hope they hurry up as I need to make the sandwiches after they get here and I also want to go and wash my hair!

I've been playing around with my spreadsheets again today, I love messing about with them! So sad but I figured out how to use conditional formatting so that on my debt payment sheet the totals go green as they are paid off lol. Ah well I enjoy it!

Signed up for a new daily clicking site today as an addition to my routine, I counted up all my pending earnings for the clicking today and found out that all in all I have earned nearly £200 quid - not bad at all! I have been able to claim £82 of that , but the rest will hit my bank account eventually I'm sure.

The only problem with it being the 2nd of march is it's so long now till payday again...:rotfl:

A good day for me today - £60 pad to the overdraft and an NSD to boot! Although my BF came home from work with half a tub of salt and vinegar pringles - my favourite crisps EVER! So I was annoyed with him for two reasons, a) because I purposely bought crisps in with the weekly shop so he wouldn't have to buy any but he did anyway grrr and b) because he made me ruin my low calorie day by eating a box of pringles!

I'm gonna do some daily clicks in a minute and me free scratchcard, I've become known at work as the girl who always knows where to find a freebie lol I think I might refer them all onto Quidco/TCB try and make a bit of cash from them!

Haha, me too! I get the p*ss taken out of me for it, but I find the smug voice in my head laughing right back at them :D

Most definitely! I love my little smug voice...

A good day today, another NSD and my ebay money came through to my bank account which means I have also made a PAD of £40. And neither of my bank accounts are in the overdraft yet and it's the 4th of the month :rotfl:

I still have the same 16.50 in my purse that I started the week with, and £250 sitting untouched in the hsbc :T

I also did my tutoring today with another session tomorrow, I have to post off the first invoice tomorrow and then I'll get paid for that at the end of March yay... I like this month so far!

Not really much to say at the minute, I haven't really been doing much what with all the work type stuff I have been doing. It's coursework time at the minute so I have kids in every lunchtime and after school, then theres tutoring, the masters I'm doing, software accreditation, and the school development groups I'm on. I'm starting to think I've taken on too much but can't go back on it now! At the time it sound like a really good opportunity but then it all starts to clash and you think, whoops.... Still it will all pay off in the end. And being on MSE all the time doesn't help! I should be writing an assignment now - might go and try and do an hours worth!

Right - a £10 pad today to barclaycard - I will make the big payment to pay it off completely as soon as all the other stuff has gone out of my account, and the TCB payment is cleared. I don't quite trust my maths lol, would be awful to pay it off and then realise I'd gona over my overdraft!
Wish I could print myself some cash like the government hehe.

I must make sure I keep track of the payments I have made to Barclaycard, as I have long forgotton my pin to check it online and I don't want to overpay them! Just added it up from my posts on here and so far I have made 40+10+34.18=£84.18. I could probably pay it off today really but want to make sure that the money I'm expecting comes into my account first. I'll keep padding to it for now then when I've got that I'll through a lump sum at it.
Going to the football today with my mum, hopefully we can get a win today it's been a bit of a drawing streak which isn't a good habit to get into. Still it's better than losing I guess!

    By for now

  • You said on my diary that no one ever replies to yours. I know a hint when I see one, I make them often enough. :D

Just give them a quick call and get the number sent out again, it shouldn't be too difficult. I need to call Lloyds at some point, get the PIN for my c/c sent back out as I've forgotten it through lack of use. :D A good thing, yes, but I might need to put part of my MOT repairs on there on Weds. :( Is it even possible to get them to split the payments between two cards? I haven't the foggiest clue.

I know what you mean about workloads getting on top of you. I seem to crumble under the most feeble amount ever, it's pathetic. Good going for keeping up PAD, no sure I'd have to discipline/cashflow for it. I think it's ok to just put away loose change in a jar each day then pay it towards a debt every week or month, as long as you're putting something in there each day. It might help you get around the bank transfer problem.

I'm starting to get hungry so I might emerge from the pit soon in search of food. :D Talk to you again soon.

Haha was it that obvious! lol no it's true though I don't actually mind nobody posting on here, it makes pretty boring reading as I tend to just post on here to keep me focused!

Proud of myself though as I made a PAD of £100 today! A bit of a cheat as I have budgeted for £200 and am spreading it out, but as I explained before there is a valid reason! Wasn't a NSD either as I went shopping today and spent about a tenner in Tescos and filled the car up with £40's worth of petrol on double points, but that should last me the rest of the month now.

Yeah I might do that, I'm planning to pay it off this month though and chop it into little bits so hopefully I won't need the internet banking stuff for that card ever again!

Yeah the PAD thing, I was sceptical as well when I first looked into it, I thought well why don't I just be as frugal as I can and then pay what I have left off the bills. But making a PAD does actually make you think about what you are buying. Some days mine have been literally pennies, I have a moneybox which I save anything smaller than 50p's into. This is my Take That Concert fund - I am going to see them in June in Manchester, the tickets are paid for but I need some spending money! I went last year as well and me and my friend got sooo drunk (accidentally) we woke up the next mornign and couldn't remember the concert lol! Luckily we went twice hehe.
