    *rant warning*
there is too much dog poop on the pavements where i live, it's a health risk, and i hate worrying that we'll walk some into the house and get it on the carpets etc:mad: There are signs warning of fines, but no-one takes any notice!
I don't want to pick up dog poo or have to always go walkies, so I don't have a dog! Surely if you have a dog, you have to do these things, or you shouldn't have one?!
the street cleaners also always come round the day before bin day, instead of the day after, which would make more sense, cos there's always rubbish lying around after the bin men have been! aarrrrrrgggghhhhh:mad: and they don't clear up the dog poo either!!
    rant over:rotfl:

I know what you mean! It makes me mad that people don't clean up after their dogs. We always clear up after our pooch. It's not a major hassle to do, and as far as I'm concerned it's what any owner should do. Gives the rest of us a bad name!!!

Well, I went to the first CBT appointment. They are going to take me on, so now I have a weekly appointment to factor into my schedule.
I feel very tired, headachey and drained after just an hour, but then I didn't expect it to be easy :)

Wish me luck with it folks. I'm not doing any more than I have to tonight, so a bit of baking for pack ups then I'm calling it a night. I'm whacked.

Take it steady honey, it's bound to tire you out, try to just do the bare minimum on your app. days. ((((hugs))))

... went downstairs for a cup of tea with my parents... and my dad has put up the utility room blind, the curtain pole over the kitchen door, and is starting on the curtain pole for the kitchen window :T My mum has finished the ironing and is mending one of my jumpers :T

It's clearly worth having them to stay :D

Once my dad has finished putting the curtain pole up, I'll have to get back to baking

Your parents sound lovely Greenbee :)

Stardrops FTW! My God, is that stuff awesome or what? Bath, sink, windows, loo (with a wipe-over from an antibacterial wipe afterwards). Is there nowt it can't shift? :D

OK, I'm pooped (was falling asleep in my chair earlier) and achy, but all-save-one of my tasks are done. To be honest, I'm going to shunt the desk-clean over to tomorrow. I put the duster and polish back downstairs under the sink and there's no way on earth I'm shifting myself to go back down and get it!

WTG Reya :T :T Take it steady though. Those 3 levels are there so that we can pace ourselves. And the extras are just that - extra. We'd hate you to get burned out, and disheartened. Everything comes round again next week, and as each week goes by it gets easier and easier to maintain, (if you keep on top of it that is!!) :D

  • Hi sexymouse, I took you up on your challenge of the HHC (your first one). I was just about to sit back down at the computer after doing the dishes and loading the washing machine (and probably wouldn't have actually moved again tonight) when I saw it. 50 minutes later and nearly everything's done. So, thank you very much. If you hadn't put up the HHC challenge then I might not have got off my backside and gone to do it! :T

I'll do the floors when I get the mop out to do the kitchen floor another night as it's too much effort to get it out tonight for two small bits of lino. The windows will have to wait as I need to get the stepladders out to reach the top of them, currently planning to wash all the windows at the weekend! The shower screen will be done after I wash my hair later on.

My computer is is the living room so the desk can wait until I do that room!
