My plan for 2moz, take down rest of crimbo dec's and hoover up the fake snow. Go to the shops and buy some star drops for the next day.

I am going to do small things for now, as not cleaned for a few weeks due to being ill. I was meant to have help with the house work but lets say a wet paper bag would be more use. I am still not meant to lift anything but I can not cope in this house any more.

Mmmm Soappie not sure on this one, I would tend to think Sir (as I would have no idea what means what rank wise!). Would use sir with all but the lowest ranks I think. Having said that I don't care what rank people are when they are stood in front of me at work they are Mr/Mrs/Miss etc no one is better than anyone else IMHO.

AnW'sMum - I am so sad, when I started there, I printed out and studied and learnt a list of which insignia goes with which rank so that I knew I wouldn't name someone a lower rank than they were! Which is how I knew this person was serious top brass (plus his picture hangs on a wall!). I do only use rank when it's people I don't really know (I only usually meet, at the most, the lower and middle echelons). Those I work with a lot, I use their first name. I would never use Mr/Ms/Mrs to someone in uniform where I work.

Back to work this week so much harder to get all the tasks done - additionally this was not helped by the fact that when I got home the dog managed to run out past me so my OH and I spend the following 30 minutes trying to catch him! Not exactly easy when you're wearing heels and the ground is covered in snow.... still we (or should I say the OH) managed to get him eventually but it definitely set dinner back along with everything else

    Here goes:
    Monday Mayhem..
    Level One
Clean the sinks, baths, toilets, showers etc - DONE
Declutter the manky bathroom floor - DONE
    Level Two
Wash the window and clear the sill - DONE
Fling out all the empties from the bathroom - DONE
Wipe the mouldy bits away - DONE (eugh!)
    Level Three
Scrub down the tiles.. defrag the pc while you do this!.. or virusscan or spyware scan - I wipted them down, didn't have time for a good scrub
    Wash/vacuum the floor - DONE
Wash the shower curtain/screen, curtains/blinds etc - will do this when I shower in the morning
    Extras
    1. Empty and clean out the bin
    2. Polish the mirrors - did the mirror in the bathroom
    3. Declutter the desk.. make it shine!
    4. Delete 50 unwanted emails from your inbox! - I keep to the "Zero Inbox" method and although I don't adhere to it exactly, I have exactly 5 emails in there at the moment! And they are all there to remind me to do something!
Actually I've managed to do a lot more than I thought I would - It's year end at the moment (I'm an accountant) and wanted to spend 30 minutes housework before settling down to do some work work.......... so off I go............
