First trip over and done with before work this morning - it was an effort getting up in time this morning! Let's see how long I keep it up!

Well dinner has been consumed (hm veggie sausage casserole with brown bread and pure, followed by quite a few lindor truffles as OH was too full for the apple strudel and custard I'd had planned).

Off to try and do some things in the way of bathroom flying now. I'm in my PJs and dressing gown as I was cold and it's not much different to wearing a top and trousers, so I thought I'd change for bed already. Will do a defrag on the pc whilst I'm busy in the bathroom as that's on the list too. Want to be able to honestly cross off this list instead of waiting for the week to end and not doing the bits I don't like. lol

nicki You mentioned the Health Coach for the DS. Did you get it cheaper somewhere. Im interested in getting it.

Hawthorn You have made the first step and its natural to feel as you do. Good luck with the rest of it.

OK - who's up on etiquette? I'm a non-uniformed consultant working in a uniformed environment. When I was going into a building on site today, a very high up top brass uniformed person walked out with a lower ranking side kick. Top brass saw me and said "Hello". I was really surprised and acknowledged him back by giving him his rank (e.g. <Very High Up Top Brass Person with lots of pips and things>) and a nod of my head.

I'm wondering now whether I should have said "Sir" instead which is what all uniformed personnel would have done... I normally, when speaking to not quite so high up uniformed personnel do call them by their rank. But this time I'm wondering if I done wrong....

Now, I know the kitchen is not on my list for today, but last week I started clearing out the cupboards and really wanted to finish this today so I have:

cleaned out the last 2 kitchen cupboards
cleaned the top of the fridge freezer and thrown away a bin bag of junk I found
    cleaned out the freezer
cleaned the window in the utility room

    I think that's it:p

    Oh dear, distracted myself again.

Does anyone want to do a HHC with me? May help me to get my bum in gear.

    HHC 8.10-8.40 anyone?

For newbies this is a Half Hour Challenge where you try to get as much of your list done as possible in 30 mins (set a timer) and then post your results, but everyone joins in and we all work together.

I've been busy busy busy today and the house looks much better. It's amazing how much you can get done once the kids are back at school. I've also done the weekly shop and been to the doctors.
Got to take DH to Heathrow tomorrow for his flight to China. As usual he hasn't even got his suitcase out of the loft yet and we are leaving after I've dropped the kids off at school. Are they allso disorganised?
Hugs to everyone and hi to all the newbies.
