    Cazzie OMG!!! how dreadful. I'd have gone ballistic!

    Congrats BTW. How slushily romantic! I proposed to my DH via a DJ in a nightclub! My SIL had wished him a happy birthday via the DJ, and I wasn't about to be outdone, so I proposed!!! :eek: What was I thinking!! :doh: Ahh well, 16 years later, I s'pose it wasn't a bad choice! :rotfl:

    I know - but I just found DSs xmas budget (for what he would spend on others) under his bed. He budgeted for his dad - and he budgeted double that amount for me:D (mind you he budgeted double my amount for GF but I think that's fine - she's lovely and it HAS been long term). I know he loves her because she bought him a Thornton's Choc Plaque (xmas tree) and she had 'I Love You XXX' iced on it AND HE HASN'T EATEN IT YET AND HE LOVES CHOCOLATE.

    by the way I am 'under' his bed (again) because the castor has come off (again) and I only fitted it a fortnight ago. So I am fitting another new one but this time I am cutting off some of the fabric so that the 'teeth' bite into the wood. Ho Hum . I am not looking for anything unmentionable :rotfl:

    He hugged me yesterday in anticipation of fish pie.. he is a great big softy and he picks me up now because he is bigger than me and he can...

    Since I am so free with my opinions today... I'll continue - (nothing to do with not getting on with stuff!! :rolleyes:) - I am a mouldy Mum too when it comes to what they can watch, and who they can watch it with. It REALLY annoys me that some of their friends are allowed to watch utterly inappropriate stuff. :mad: ANd will put it on at sleepovers etc.... grrrr :mad:

    a few more firm 'no you can't' mums like we have on here and the world would be a far more pleasant place... there are children who are over indulged...I have never given in to every wheedle just to teach them...and I am a big softy.
