Quiche? Errrrrmmmm...
Skint but happy with my lovely family

Have you got any new potatoes?
If so:
I would:
Chop up the salmon, one sliced onion a little garlic and if you like spice a little bit of dried red chilli.
Warm up some oil in a pan, add onions and fry until translucent add garlic and fry for a couple of minutes (don't let it burn) and add the chilli, turn up the heat add the salmon and quickly warm through.
boil some up potatoes and slice them,
blanch the broccoli and put to one side
Add you sliced potatoes and blanched broccoli mix well heat through and serve- if you are really hungry serve with some buttered bread on the side.
Another option is to do a stir fry type dish? sprinkle the salmon with some soy/chopped ginger/tiny bit sesame oil and stir fry with your choice of veg in a wok/large ish pan, if you have enough other veg just serve as a normal stir fry, if not you can serve a little bit on top of a noodle soup?

If you've got any pastry you could do a salmon wellington with the broccoli in (sneaky veg tactic) or serve on the side? Other than that I'd go for quiche as well....quick, cheap and mmmmmmmmmm....:DBut I'm going to say this once, and once only, Gene. Stay out of Camberwick Green0

I really like fishcakes made from tinned salmon. The killer ingredient for me is some chopped capers. Yummy.0

Made a lovely dinner based on Mrs Wolfes idea-thanks again-...cooked baby potatoes in pressure cooker, stir fryed, sliced onions, sliced mushrooms, mange tout, purple broccoli,2tsp Lazy Garlic,1.5tsp Lazy Chilli and added sliced cooked potatoes and chunks of canned salmon near the end, realy realy tasty, very filling and nice and cheap(salmon was 1/2 price special offer),this will meal will become a regular now.Slimming World..Wk1,..STS,..Wk2,..-2LB,..Wk3,..-3.5lb,..Wk4,..-2.5,..Wk5,..-1/2lb,Wk6,..STS,..Wk7,..-1lb.

Salmon fishcakes gets my vote - they are MUCH nicer with tinned salmon I think! how about roasting the broccoli with a little olive oil and lots of pepper and salt? with some nice bread and butter I cant think of a nicer meal!0

Glad you enjoyed it cooking-mama! it's something I adapted from a dish my auntie serves quite often as gajak (similar to tapas) just without the potatoes- I added in the potatoes to bulk it out to a main meal and it's one of the few ways DH will eat salmon!...hmm may have to have a hunt in the cuppboard for tinned fish now!:DIf you're afraid of the big bad Woolfe....beware of the Mrs!:rotfl:
