Ahhh, but if we all ate healthily all the time, what a boring world it would be - and all the health food / weight loss people would be out of a job!!! And kids would have no-where that they could say, "But Mum, we haven't been there for AYGIIIIS ....."

No matter how pants the food is, they've defo got their marketing right - I don't think I've ever met anyone who will admit to "Loving It", but everytime I'm there the q is massive, and we must think it's 'reasonably' okay to let the kids eat it ....

There is always the + as well, which is that if you're overseas, you're always guaranteed a clean loo with loo roll in a McD's!!!!

all of the tills are computerised hence why tehg person in booth 3 knows what youve ordered in booth 1. its all recorded.

oh, but booth 1 always prints recipets and ask for one anyway coz a lot of restaurants get their till rolls printed with coupons on teh back.

Here in Milton Keynes i've had food poisoning from quite a few of the MacDonald's we've got and so has other members of my family.

The last time I got it I was off work for a couple of days during which time I rang Environmental Health. they told me that the "gunk" they put in them has a shelf life of 20 minutes and beyond that they should be thrown out. He said they through out an alarming amount but if they don't...we're in trouble!

Needless to say I don't eat them anymore. In fact the country would have to be in a grip of a major famine to make me return and even then i'd have to think about it.

food only stays in the production bin for ten mins and thsi si strictly controlled by time cards and teh special two-coloured clocks (have a look next time youre in) all of teh literature suggests eating your food within 20 mins of purchase to preserve quality not to prevent food poising.

I never said the 20 mins could directly cause food poisoning.

And as for the next time i'm in bit...I suppose it might be cold enough for hell to freeze over at the moment - so I better not use that one.

Personally, I don't use the drive thru service if I was using a car to travel there.. I go inside and order from the counter.. get food, go inside car and drive away.

I'm eating the junk food so need the few metres of exercise to burn off the calories
