I always complain when the Drive Thru order is wrong (by phone) - they then write your name in a book and replace the entire order free of charge next time ... not very helpful when you've got hungry kids with you and it's one of their items that's gone astray, or the single veggie meal .... gr.....
Really? So next time they'll give you the original order free of charge?0 -
Yes, honestly - I've usually phoned as soon as I've got home, told the manager who it was that served me, what my original order was, what was wrong - and how disappointed we are .... they then ask for name and tell you to come back and get a replacement free of charge order - this has happened at the Balloch McD's, Irvine and Aylesbury - and honestly each time the order was wrong (once it was a milkshake short - that was the last time) - the whole purpose though is not to get the freeby, but so that they can improve the service so that the next time I go it'll be right.
Hope this helps - it does make you feel better!!0 -

that's your own fault for ordering a veggie meal. Get some dead animals inside you, it'll do you good.0 -

So it's a national policy then... excellent. I wish I'd known a few months ago because when I got home I realised one fillet was missing and vowed to never go there again, and haven't.
Reckon it's too late to complain about it?:rotfl: :T

I still don't believe that you can't use a spell checker. And if you used one which also gave definitions of words suggested then you would have no difficulty at all.
come back when you hav some knoledge to back up your week and nonsensical arguments you complete and utter child.:T The best things in life are FREE! :T0 -

How do they track the order? I don't always get a receipt at the 'drive-thru' - what if I don't get a receipt and I pay by cash? I always pay by cash there as it's easier and I don't like to lose sight of my credit card during a transaction for obvious security reasons.
I'll make sure to ask for a receipt next time. The only time I ever go there is when I get their vouchers pushed through the door with my local paper.0 -
oh and thanks for letting me know about that - although I hope it doesn't happen as I'll then have the option of consuming another load of junk food. But then, it'll be free. Dilemna!!0
