well done on putting a big dent in your everdraft! (just noticed the typo, but quite a good name so i have left it!) of course, in your case it's clearly *not* an everdraft as it looks about half the size it was a month or two ago! xxMortgage free as of 11/11/15 !
:Anow... to start some serious saving :A

Evening folks
I made it through my Monday, although it was pretty pants. It's done now though, huzzah!
I have a course for the rest of this week, so I am not in the office (Yay!) so I just have to try and be good as the course is being run in the centre of town and I usually work on the outskirts of town and don't have any shops to go near :rotfl: I will try and behave though, honest
I have nothing to report of an MSE fashion today really. I made my lunch as normal, but didn't want to carry flasks, so I did buy tea. This is only about the 2nd/3rd time this month though and I used to buy 2-3 cups a day at 95p each  This works out at about £14 per week assuming 3 cups a day. Yikes!! So I'm not beating myself up if I buy one or two cups of tea a week
Apart from that, not a lot. I am going to go and play Lego Batman now on my PS3 (Didn't I tell you, I'm actually seven years old!)
Have a nice night all!

Good morning all!
I'm off to a training course today which means I can fart about for a while as I don't have to be there till half nine. Hurrah!
My list of things to do today consists of:
- [strike]Make PAD[/strike]
- [strike]Check online banking[/strike]
- [Strike]Email of complaint to Amazon[/strike]I made an order using a £5 gift voucher and they have charged me the full amount
- Eat free lunch at training course
- Make yummy home-made dinner

Morning F_F! Is your course an interesting one, or is it one of those where you'd prefer to be back at work?
I usually drive to work, but recently had to get the bus. Although work is outside the city centre, i had to walk from there, past all the shops. I ended up buying a nice hot pasty (it was cold and snowy at the time) and then popped into M & S to buy a new scarf and glove set.I would be soooooo broke if i worked there all the time
One step at a time0 -
Morning all!
I need to run and get into the shower, so just a quick post from me. I haven't been online as much as normal, it feels like I fell off the face of the earth :rotfl:
Hopeful1 - my course is actually not too bad. The people on it are nice enough and hopefully I will learn some useful new skills to take back to the office. I'm thrilled to be away from my office at the moment tbh
I didn't get a totally free lunch yesterday - I had to pay for it and will claim it back. I'm still counting yesterday as a NSD as it's not my money I was spending
Happy Hump Day to all.
Xx

Hello,
Glad your course has been ok. SOme of them are so tedious you'd rather be at work, know the feeling well!
Lol @ Hopeful with the spending, I used to work at a call centre when I was at uni and the walk to the bus stop took me through town, with a short cut through H&M... very rare that I'd arrive home without a shopping bag!
xxThs signature is out of date because I'm too lazy to update it...0 -
Good morning all!
Well, my PAD money has hit my overdraft account, and as I have no mobile bill to pay this month (First free month!) I had money left overwhich I have transferred to my A&L account with the interest-free overdraft.
So, I have no overdraft on my Halifax account (Yaaaayyyy!) and my A&L account is only £219 overdrawn, which I am hoping I will pay back next month making me overdraft free. Yaaaaaayyyyyyyyy!!
I get paid on Monday and have £25 in my account - and have some money left in my groceries fund too. I have paid £10 of my groceries money to my "Spend On It But Pay It Off Next Month" credit card, which I have paid for my Ross Noble tickets with, and if I need no more than milk and bread I should be able to pay a little more off this on Sunday.
My brand new Budgeteering spreadsheet is ready to go from Monday and I'm geekily excited about this
I'm on my course again today (Quite enjoying it but have to do a presentation in front of the group tomorrow, gah!) so another lunch to pay for which I will get the money back for.
Nothing else to report really! One more sleep till Friday :j
