Good morning all

Just a quick post from me before I go and make breakfast

My new shiny iPod is here and it's lovely - I am very happy with it indeed! I just ordered this skin for it too http://www.amazon.co.uk/GelaSkins-Dusk-Dawn-iPod-Classic/dp/B00140IDI6/ref=sr_1_16?ie=UTF8&s=electronics&qid=1232877971&sr=8-16using vouchers I had, so no real money spent :T

I'm going to make breakfast then dye my hair (Hair dye £1.50 off per packet and bought with vouchers too!) and then Asda stuff should be delivered.

Me and t'other half are going out for dinner then to the movies later
- a proper date! We never do that I'm really looking forward to it!


This does assume that I can wake him up though - I've been up since flipping 7am because his snoring was insane

Ah thats great that you are pleased with your iPod and that skin is lovely. I bought one for my nano a couple of weeks ago it was only a pound in the Paperchase sale - I got it half way onto the iPod then couldn't budge it - had to cut it off in the end!!! Think it might have been for a newer type, maybe they are a bit slimmer these days hehe.

Aah sweet thats nice going on a date, we were supposed to be going out this week but because of the mess up with his pay it's had to be put on hold. I don't mind too much though as he always wants to go to the pictures but I hate going cinema - makes my eyes go funny because the screen is too big, I have one short sighted eye and one long so it's really uncomfortable even with my lenses in! Much prefer the dinner bit lol.

I have made bread this morning, will be making soup and a batch of pasta salad for lunches later and spending the rest of the day in anticipation of season 5 of Lost later wooop wooop!

sounds like you've got a good day planned, fresian!

my other half has gone diving today so i'm planning to keep the kids busy. we've already made pancakes, going for a quick walk in a mo before it rains, making leek and potato soup, and a batch of twinks hobnobs, getting out the moonsand (big treat as normally and "outdoor" activity), painting a birdfeeder (xmas present) and then watching a film. phew! worn out just typing it! should be niCe if the boys don't kill each other - and a no spend day to boot! even though i budget pretty carefully, this month is going on fffffoooorrrrrreeeeeevevvvvvveeeeeeerrrr!

Sky One at 9 tonight, dunno about the repeats but shall let you know, they usually show it twice don't they.
I'm just hoping Sawyer will be in this episode, preferably with as few clothes on as possible!

Mmmm...Sawyer. No clothes would be the ideal for me

Looks like we will be back in time after all. T'other half was feeling guilty about me treating him to dinner although it's budgeted for etc, and as we got our Asda delivery today he has offered to cook dinner for us when we come back from the movies.

MSE and very yummy, woo!

And I don't miss Lost this way too.....:D

Excellent - sounds like it'll be a great night for you, get to see a film, dinner cooked, lost, sawyer, wow!
I can't wait! Just been watching all the 'lost revealed' type stuff on sky anytime, and the series 4 finale again - so good having a bloke who will pay for Sky+!

Whee!!! 15 minutes to go until the Lost gubbins starts on Sky One :j:j

Well today went right down the tubes - t'other half has lost his student card so we didn't go to the movies as it would cost double the price. We'll go when he gets his card back. I fell asleep on the bed before dinner, so work up to yummy food, but nearly fell asleep again (Would have put my face in my dinner if I hadn't been paying attention!) and I'm essentially cranky and confused :rotfl:

I know it makes more sense to go when we find the student card, but I'm still quite disappointed that we didn't make it out of the house for any part of our date night. Humbug.

Awww well date night can happen another time? And imagine how much better it will be for having to wait. Might be better films out then too. And you can make him grovel for missing it by getting him to bring you wine/beer/tea/whatever whilst you perv on Sawyer and Jack, thats what mine will be doing lol.
Cranky and confused is how all the lost fans will be after tonights episode because you just KNOW it won't make anything any clearer... my guess is that this series they are gonna go back in time to get back to the island in the days when the dharma initiative was there, like when ben was a kid. Just a guess from one of the programs I wtched and they were in the middle of filming and there were people standing around in 70's costumes!
