Ha yes I am struggling to drink the water, but I am managing it. Im feeling pretty good today, It's my second day and I've now tried the banana and toffee and there lovely too!!
I am really suprised how lovely the shakes are, Im not keen on the chocolate bar though, I found it to dry. I prefer the atkins bars, there really nice.£100 - £10,0000 -

Howdee everyone, I'm now on day 9 of CS & have lost 5lbs in my 1st wk. I only have a stone & a half to lose so 5 lbs is fine with me. I am also on another forum called minimins.com which has quite a few people who are also doing CS & quite a few of them have lost 9/10lbs in their 1st wk although they all have more weight than myself to lose so it seems that the weight falls off quicker the more weight you need to get rid of. I haven't done any exercise so 5lbs for drinking a few shakes is fab

sweetpeanut, well done thats great! i havent tried the soups yet- i hate soup most the time so dont think i will like them! ive bought a box of the choc shakes for this week (v hard to hunt down though, had to go to 3 chemists!they all seem to only have assorted!). we will deffo be skinnies together haha! i cant wait! im just worried i will never lose the shape of my mummy tummy argh! im getting a cross trainer today, so hopefully that will help.

fancy trying this, would like to losee about half a stone, maybe a stone - depends how i look after the first half! but I am a coeliac - does anybody know if any of it is gluten free? the soups may well not be.

Hope you dont mind another joining in.
Ive tried WW, Slimming World and slimfast and whilst I did lose weight to begin with I found it so hard to stick to, I found ways of cheating and then that escalated. As we all know losing weight is really difficult, you have to be so disciplined. Its not like giving up smoking, you need food to survive.
So anyway, I noticed in my local chemist over christmas a new diet which was coming onto the market, ive tried the others why not give this one a whirl.
I started CS on Monday 12th, I weighed myself daily in the first week because I was just so intrigued and it spurred me on. I have found it so easy to follow, my typical day now:
Shake, fruit, shake, fruit, lean meat and veg or salad then about an hour before bed ive had half a meal bar (it feels like im having a treat) and a cup of tea to swish it down. Ive also managed to drink the required 2ltr of water which I never thought I could do, it seems such a lot.
I did have the dull headache one day as it said you would but I havent felt hungry at all, in fact ive sometimes struggled to get my evening meal down me. I feel so much better already. I lost 5lb in the first week (I need to lose 2-3 stone). Ive stayed off the scales this week, im going to try and wait until my next weigh in on Monday morning.

Hiya Loobs, Your daily diet looks just like mine, except I had my meal at dinner time and a shake for tea. I was abit peckish last night, so I cut an atkins choc fudge bar in half and had that.
They are gorgeous, and very filling, I get them from boots.
