    Gosh - Id love to be 15st6 !!! I weighed at Boots yesterday morning (day 1 of the program) and I was 17st 10 !!!!!! CRY !!!!

    Im not a fan of the choc fudge bar - and Ive got the berry one to try tomorrow, havent tried the soups other than the beef one (which was more like mushroom than anything else - certainally didnt taste of beef!!) but Ive got one of each of the others to have a go with. I think its the snaks Im going to struggle with cos theres no amounts for them - do you just have them till you arent feeling so hungry any more or what??

    Careful on your snacks trudij should only be a small apple or a small orange, the guidance isnt very clear on this to be honest. You're right about the beef soup though, I thought it tasted like chicken, oh well still palletable.

  • im 5'3 and weighed 12'12 at the beginning, am 11'12 now (12 days in). i want to lose 4 stone in total so another 3 to go!
    everyone is doing so well! this might be the answer for all of us! i think it helps alot, we went to the carvery for dinner yesterday and i just had the meat and loads of veg- but the roasties looked so good i did have one small one! but hit the wii fit as soon as we got home, i think it'll be ok to maintain as long as afterwards we do carbs in moderation only!
    i had the toast dream last night argh!!
    trudij let us know if the berry one is any better than the choc bar!
  • sweetpeanut- u looking forward to treat day tomorrow? that sounds like a great idea, its the best way not to end up going totally mad and purging!!! lol! thats why i had the one roastie yday, i though if i dont i will go crazy! how did you find havin lunch as your meal? i went to lunch with a friend the other day and had a shake for tea but felt starving by the evening so im gonna try and avoid doing that again! your meals sound lovely.

    For my snacks I have been making a small salad (bit lettuce,a tomato chopped up chunk of cucumber and either 2 slices of ham,30g cheese,boiled egg, or a tin tuna/salmon. If I have this snack in the evening it fills me up before bed (especially when I have a shake for tea).
    The atkins bars (cut in half) are really nice as a snack. They taste much better than the CS bars, I didn't like the choc one and haven't tried the berry.
    The Atkins bars are cheaper than CS bars aswell.
    snacks I have had also are low fat yogurt, small handfull nuts, skinny cow ice lolly, sugar free jelly.
    I have tried all the shakes now and they are all really nice, its not like diet food, its like a treat!!

    Well, I couldnt resist - I was in Boots and HAD to jump on the scales - Im only on day 3 (and havent even finished that yet!!) and Ive lost 2lbs.:j:j

    Lots of dogwalks planned for the weekend - I really need to get going with that, to ge tmy excercise sorted, but all great so far!!!

    Havent tried the berry bar yet - will report back though. Im not a fan of the chocolate milkshake - its ok, but not my fav - anyone want to swap 2 for banana or caramel??!!

    I was wondering abotu the Atkins bars when I was in tescos yesterday - they are 5.99 for 5 I think - I might try those next week....
