Hi all, sounds like everyone's doing really well with this 'diet'!
My first week was up yesterday and I've lost 7 pounds and an inch around my hips.
I was fairly hungry to start off, but during the couple of days my appetite has really shrunk - I couldn't finish my dinner last night even though it was a much smaller portion than I would have had in the past!
I'm almost scared to say it, but I think low-carb could be the answer for me. I've got a weakness for carbs and so when I start I can't stop - one slice of hot buttered toast, or one biscuit is never enough  . So maybe it's easier to just avoid? I'm certainly not missing anything, and having lost half already (I'd like to lose another 2 stone) certainly spurs me on!
I've found the cost reasonable, and if you're near a Rowlands Pharmacy to get weighed and measured you're getting all the benefits of a slimming club without the cost.
Good luck to you all.
PS I was 13 and a half stone when I started (exactly 13 sone now) and would like to be 11 stone (I'm 5'9'')0 -
thats great! well done! thanks for your help, am going to give it a go x0

I bought the mixed box of shakes which is good to start you off (and you get an instruction leaflet inside explaining everything), £25 is quite alot but they do fill you up and you are getting all the goodness you need while losing weight.
I tried to do slimfast but found it to hard to stick to after a week as I was always hungry, it is cheaper, but CS makes me feel full so its well worth it.
I was 9st 10lb on monday and Im 5'4'' I want to lose 10lb£100 - £10,0000 -
I've lost 12lbs in 2 weeks on this... I think the losses will start to even themselves out at around 3/4 a week (hopefully!!)
the soups and bars are lovely too and a nice change from the shakes all the time..
good luck all0 -
