Hi all, thought i would just jump on the band wagon here. Ive read all your posts- sounds great. But seens so expensive?? £25 a week at least? Im wanting to losr 1/2 a stone. So do you stay on this stuff forever then? I dont really understand. Can someone help me. Ive been eating well and exercising but i cant seem to lose this last 1/2 stone. Help!!0

Hi dickoa
Its not really expensive £25 per week = £3.57 per day, no breakfast or lunch to buy (or tea if you prefer your main meal at lunchtime). If you only need to lose 1/2 stone you could easily do that in 1 maybe 2 weeks.Started CS - 12 Jan 09 weighing 167 lbs
Week 1 = -5lbs
Week 2 = -1lb
Week 3 = -2lbs
Week 4 = +3lbs
Week 5 = -5lbs :dance:0 -
im just worried that as soon as i come off it i will put it back on. how do you keep it off...also is there anything similar to cs thats cheaper x0

Hi all!
I am really trying to lose about 10lb and am thinking of trying CS. I'll have to order it online as there are no Rowlands pharmacies around here  . Anyhow I have a quick question.
I am consistently hungry generally so am a bit worried that the shakes throughout the day just will not be enough and I'll end up eating loads of other things. The reason I'm always hungry is that I am a competitive runner so train 6 times a week running as well as 2 - 4 times either spin class or boxing etc. I'm also a dance instructor so dance 2 times a week at least.
I'm in the process of training for a marathon so can't afford to be too washed out as I'm running lots. Do you guys feel hungry or lacking energy on this diet?
Thanks!
P

I don't know about everyone else but I find that I feel like I have MORE energy than normal. The shakes seem to keep me going but don't forget there are the allowable snacks inbetween to nibble on.Caroline
