    Lunch Choc Shake
Snack A bit of sugar free jelly (i didn't know if this was ok but wanted something sweet and it was that or the choccie digestives)
Dinner Bolognese made with extra tomato & onions, and cauli and carrots

hi star123, your menu sounds perfect and although your allowed 2 glasses of sugar free squash a day if youve went over that then ,maybe you could try raspberries or small slices of lemon frozen in ice cubes and added to your water might make the water a little bit desirable? think a little sugar free jelly will be fine too, hth.

why don't you buy the smaller pots to make it easier, I don't know if all supermarkets sell them but I used to get them from somewhere

    morning gals:D ,
star123,i dont think having a little extra would make much of a difference to your wieght, think its sweeteners in them that are limited ,dont know why but tea and coffee with or without milk is limited too so can only assume it for that reason.I have an extra coffee most days but still losing mostly. It might just be circumstances that your not losing ie:your at that stage during the month that your gaining the most water ,i gain 3-4 lbs for around 6 or 7 days a week after my TOTM.Or it might catch up next week.

sukes,if your not having tea or coffee then it should be okay to have a little yoghurt seeing as dairy is limited too and you would be using similer to what myself and most people would be having in there hot bevarages.

This morning I had a wagon wheel biscuit, i'm so dissapointed but there was a family problem so was feeling low and had that. But we didn't end up going to wetherspoons so my sister had kfc so I just bought myself a cs choc fudge bar.
The lady in the chemist was really nice and said the new flavours and snack bars are coming in a couple of weeks, the choc mint and choc orange sound really nice.

    Evening all

Star, at least you resisted the KFC, thats will power!! :-)

So I started today and feel okay, just had my dinner; my stomach was growling like a good'un!! I had prawn salad for dinner. Prawns are allowed right?

  • hi all,
im on day 6 on cs and so far so good just hope the resisting pays off! Had both shakes and slice of cheese for both snacks, and for dinner chicken breast strips with green beans and mushrooms was sooo yummy i was so hungry!!! i think as i near the end of week 1 i can really do this had a real bad headache the other day but they seem to be going away and its so much easier to resist, how healthier i feel, dont feel so bloated as i did before with all the bread etc, just thinking about how i felt made me rethink how bad i was before and i enjoy cooking fresh ingredients instead of bunging some ready meal in the microwave. roll on week 2!!
  • Well done Star123 for not having that KFC!!!
