  • Just weighed in for the third week and I have lost 4.5lbs!!! Can't believe it, I haven't cheated but it is TOTM so didn't really expect to lose anything. Officially not in the 12 stone somethings anymore - haven't seen 11 stone something on the scales for a while - really good to see :T

So I think in three weeks I've nearly lost a stone - can't believe it :j- I had three stone to lose in total so I thought it might come off a bit more slowly - not complaining though!!!

Congratulations to all those who have lost weight this week:T

I'm on day 3 today and i'm actually really enjoying it now. I was really naughty and weighed myself at lunchtime only to find i hadn't lost any weight at all:eek: Cue me having a wee cry and feeling sorry for myself but i'm over it now and wont be getting back on the scales until my week is up. I've been really good and stuck to the plan and done 20 mins exercise both days so hopefully it will pay off come Sunday. I have been having half a CS bar as my snack but going to go to tesco tomorrow and get some tuna/ham/cheese/nuts to get a bit more variety in the diet.

I have some eggs in the fridge so was thinking of having an omelette tonight but not sure what to have it with to bulk it out and make it tastier. Any ideas?

I have started today and I am already feeling hungry and have a headache. So far today I have had
    Breakfast choc shake
    snack small apple
    lunch chicken soup
snack small tin of tuna with a little bit of low fat mayo
for dinner I will be having Gammon with either stir fried veggies or salad is that ok?

Also is it ok to add sugar free squash to the water? I have tried drinking just water but I really don't like it so I have been adding a little bid of sugar free squash.

Star that was how i felt on the first day but it was much easier on the second day and hopefully will be for you too. I'm not sure about sugar free squash but i put a slice of lemon in my water sometimes and also have some flavoured green tea which i saw recommended on the CS forums.

Your menu sounds fine to me, I've had stir fried veg my first 2 nights and its been really filling (i added a little soy sauce to taste it though).

Well nearly finished day 3 and its definitely getting easier. I had:
    Breakfast - CS chocolate shake
Snack - 1/2 CS choc bar (don't liek this as much as the berry one)
    Lunch - CS caramel shake
Dinner - Cheese omelette with peppers, mushrooms, onion and some butternut squash to the side.

I plan to have the other 1/2 of my CS bar as a snack in about an hour or so. Because I didn't have breakfast until 11 i skipped out the afternoon snack so going to make an effort to get up earlier every day (working from home usually lets me lie in every day:o) to fit in all the snacks. Still ate every 2-2.5 hours so hopefully it won't affect things.

Is everyone exercising on this diet btw?

    Hi All,

I new to this forum. I am in my 4 week of CS and i have lost a total of 11lbs. I lost 7lb in my first week and then it has been 2lb a week after that. Is this ok or should i be losing more? I am sticking to the diet and was hoping to see more of a weight lost. My daily eating habits are.

    Morning - Shake
Snack - Small apple or orange
    Lunch - Shake
Snack - another apple or orange or small salad with egg or ham etc.
Dinner - Is some sort of meat with veg or salasd . i do tend to have mayo with the salas but i am cutting this out.

    I have 3ltrs of water a day.

Can someone please tell me if this is ok?

    Cheers

    Gem

P.s could luck to everyone that is on CS.
