Can i join your Celebrity Slim club???
Just had my first shake (choc) for lunch and was pleasantly impressed. Went out this morning and bought the starter box and 4 bars to try this week. Am on annual leave this week so seems ideal time to start!!!
Now sitting here with a pint on water watching my boyfried eating toast; beans and 3 fried eggs (which in cooked!!).
I looove carbs and find it really hard eating smaller portions so thought this plan and cutting out carbs might work. I have many stones to lose but would be happy with one dress sized dropped just to feel a bit better about myself.
Any tips for a newbie??

I'd forgotten about this thread until now because I'd been slacking and not sticking to the diet - only managed to record the first 2 weeks before I was lured over to the dark side by pizzas/KFC

After the first 10 days (started on 7th January) I lost about 5.5 pounds; my BMI went from 21.6 to 20.6. I was tracking this with weightbot on my iphone and surprisingly I haven't put this weight back on despite total lack of exercise (unless shopping counts). Anyway as I still have some sachets left, I'll start again tomorrow and see if I can lose a bit more.0 -

I've just started CS today. I have to say i thought the choc shake was pretty rank. But the beef soup was quite yummy!! XX0 -

As its my first day, not sure if i've got it right.
Today i've had choc shake, beef soup, 1/2 apple, 1 mandarin, 30g cheddar, chicken breast, brocolli, carrots, green beans, cauliflower, 2 litres water and 3 coffees with semi milk but no sugar or sweetener!!
Is this ok?? XX0
