Have joined in too for lent or as long as it takes to get to comfy size 12, prefer the shakes in hot water and keep drinking lots of water so lots of trips to the loo' also have got wind 'must be all those veg with dinner.0

A little advice please? We are going to a friends on Friday for Indian takeaway, been planned for a while!
Is there a lesser of 2 evils, I won't have rice or naan but what main chicken meal would be best and do you think I could have an onion bhaji?
Oh and I know I can have a couple of glasses of red/white wine but what about Rose?

We're also having indian this wk end! You can't have the onion bhaji cos its high in carbs and fat, sorry!! I'm going to have a Tandoori, cos I think its the safest option, and it usually comes with a small salad. How about having a side dish of a spinach or mushroom curry instead of rice or naan? Not sure about the wine, but I can't see why you wouldn't be able to0 -

I've been looking on the cs forum on the website, and its really helpful. I;m just beginning week 2 today, have lost 5lbs and 6cms of my waist!! :j0

Went out friday and stuck to voddy and soda rather than 6 pints of lager - have been meticulous all week and only lost 0.5lbs tho, getting a bit naffed off with not eating food as such...0

hey all, just joined this evening
looking for some advice really on how to approach this whole celebrity slim thing i tried three shakes a day but ended up binging on loadsa food hours later i have about 2 and half stone to lose:( wondered how everyone is doin and can i ask if it honestly does work or am i just wasting my money once again on a fad. i'd luv to know if the pounds continue to fall off after week 2. any feedback wud be gr8 thanx!
