Hello everyone.
I've been reading this forum for ages and finally tried C/S.
First day is done and thoughts? Well ALL i've done all day is think about food -not starving hungry but when you know you cant have it, you just think about it i reckon.
Not found it tooo bad though - have drunk LOTS of water and generally been quite good.
If I can get to the weekend without cheating I'll be very very proud of myself. Have bought 2 weeks supply so I'll use that as a mini goal and see how im getting on.

Im still about- but I havent done it properly for about a week. Ive not weighed myself for a week either - but i lost over a stone in 4 weeks,so dont fret all you newbies - it is just as good as they say!!
Im trying to get back into it now, but was scuppered by no break at work today,and no time,so didnt have my soup or my snacks.... on again tomorrw!!!!Do not meddle in the affairs of dragons, for you are crunchy and taste good with ketchup0 -
HI all - I am just starting my 5th week now. I have lost a total of 14.5 pounds (4 in my first week, 7 in my second and 3.5 in my third - I stayed the same in my 4th but I did drink rather a lot of alcohol one night and also had a take away and managed not to put anything on somehow!).
I would say that this does seem to work, but to be honest its really the same as any other diet - calories in must be less that calories expended to lose weight! I cant stand any kind of shake so I have been having an atkins bar for breakfast, a CS soup for lunch (which I really like) and then a healthy dinner. I have also been having my allowable snacks in between and found these have get my hunger at bay!!! Also drinking 2 - 3 litres of water a day without fail!
Good luck to you all - Its certainly working for me!

My son has been on this diet for 8 weeks and has lost 2 1/2 stone, hes staying on it longer to try and lose more cos he says its really easy to stick to and you never feel hungry. Has anyone seen any vouchers recently in a magazine for a free shake?0

Well... had my one week weigh in today and have lost 4lbs so not too bad.
Had a bad weekend; as ended up having 4 Smirnoff Ice Saturday night. Although didn't succomb to any naughty snackage so quite pleased with me self. Gave me a chronic hangover as well!!!
Today was my first day doing it at work which was a bit awkward. Worked 13.30 - 22.00 so never sure when i should eat meal wise. Also too embarrassed to be seen making my shakes so did it in the loo!!!! But been good. Just my three shakes; an apple; and half a bar - plus about 4 pints of water.
Keep thinking bl00dy hell this diet is so expensive... but then normally at work i would buy a huuuge latte; chunk of cake and crisps to get me though a late shift. Which is about a fiver so no to bad.
My craving s wern't too bad today - but was busy and didn't have to deal with anyone else eating so that helped i think!
Just realised how much i've waffled on... sorry.I'm so boring, my clothes wanna keep someone else warm, someone cooler0 -

I know what you mean about being embarrassed about being seen making the shakes, I'm the same at work!
I think I may buy a normal shaker rather than the pink celeb slim shaker and make out to people its just protein shakes as I am in training for something! :rotfl:
First day went ok but I have a very full on day running about looking after a band today (I'm in the music business) and it will be a late finish!
Fingers crossed I forget how hungry I am!

I have been reading this on and off for some time.... I have been on this for 11 days now and it has been the easiest so far.
I have put on weight since having my thyroid removed some 3 years ago and the weight pilled on. Tried Lipotrim which worked but didnt agree with me.
Having read the forum decided to give it a go... well have managed to lose 11lbs so far and I am thrilled.....I hope to have the willpower to keep this up for 8 weeks then the hard work begins trying to keep it off.

Hi Janetmae - well done!!! Ive just weighed myself on home scales, and it said 16.9, so thats down another pound from last time I weighed - and last time I weighed at home,then went to Boots to weigh properly, home weighed heavier (which was a bit random,cos normally its less at home!!!)
so I think Im less that I was, which considering I havent been doing properly at all recently,so hurrah !!!
oh - and I have to keep going on this now - cos not only do I want to look AMAZING for next time I see my bloke (who already thinks Im pretty good, but Id love to be smaller,specially cos its not coming off my boobs) but Ive also got the chance to ride out at the racing yard where Im in the racing club,and possibly have a ride in a charity race.....

i started over a week ago and have lost 6pounds considering the fact that i wasnt following it properley. am weighing myself for the second week on thursday.
i love the diet esp the strawberry shake.i usually hav the chocolate in the morning so that way i wont hav any cravings during the day. my only weakness is wen am cooking for my daughter at night, i crave wat she is eating. i ate alot on saturday coz i went to a party. from now on am not going to cheat. SUMMER is just round the corner, lets all do this0 -

dont u worry, i had my concerns as well coz i tried loads of diets. give it a try coz its really working for me. i do think of food later in the evening but i tend to eat an apple instead. am proud of myself.:j:j0
