hey every one, after reading all the reviews / comments decided to try this.

After coming out of a 4 1/2 year relationship, I realised i'd put on nearly 4 stone (contentment/Good cook of an ex-bf) and have been working to lose the weight. Have lost around a stone and a half so far naturally, but need a new kick start now. Have bought a weeks worth of shakes, so shall see how it all goesDooyoo £10.40/40, TopCashBack £17.19/30, Valued Opinions 50p/£10, Swagbucks 0/£20, Ebay £15/£250

I'd like to give this a go. My choice would be to have the 600 cal meal at breakfast time....any ideas on what I could eat for that huge amount of calories for breakfast? Don't fancy having a tea time recipe (ie meat & 2 veg type of thing) for breakie. Its easier for me to take the snack bars and milkshakes and have them at work for lunch and tea.Banana LoversBuy your bananas in bunches of 5 on Sunday. Then arrange them in order of ripeness and write a day of the week on each banana in felt pen, Monday on the ripest, Friday on the greenest to save time making those decisions on a hectic weekday morning0

i should think youd be looking at eggs and ham or something like that?? Omlette or just dry fry up ahould be ok id guess - have a look at some atkins recipes for ideas - they are low/no carb so should fit in with our plan??Do not meddle in the affairs of dragons, for you are crunchy and taste good with ketchup0

hi
can i join please, i have just ordered my first package of c-s
i have been reading all your posts, it sounds so great im giving it a go, i have tried , w-w, s-w, s-f, and starving myself but when i do eat i binge, i have only got about 10 stone to lose LOL, so im hoping that c-s will give me the push i need, i have put on about 5.5 stone since giving up smoking 2 yrs ago, i was a heavy smoker of at least 20 a day so i swapped fags for food, any tips on the types of food i should eat with this as i assume take aways are not a good idea LOL, ive read that you are losing good in the first few weeks but what are your losses after a month or so,
sorry for going on i do like a good waffle (here i go always back to food, lol)
thanks

Hello all! I'm poised to go to the nearest Rowlands (only 1 mile - yippee) and buy a starter pack. I did LL and did really well on that (well, I DID but then I went and put it all back on again) and I could never get to grips with Cambridge Diet...anyway, would love to give Celebrity Slim a go, but I'd like a question answered before I start.
Water - 2 litres - can this be diluted in sugar free squash? I cannot drink plain water on its own (bleurk) so this would really put me off if I couldn't dilute it with squash. If I can't, do they do a water flavouring?Start Date: 27/11/2010
Padding: Day 42
Target £8000
Amount: £562.230 -
OK.Ive been on CS since.... abotu page 3 of this, cant remember how long, but I think its 4 weeks yesterday. I went and weighed at Boots today (my pharmacy hasnt got their bit set up yet!) and I am now 16st8. When I started (just found my first weigh slip - was 21st Jan) I was 17st10, so my total weight loss so far (can you have a total so far?!!!) is 16lbs ( 1st2) in four weeks....
I go on holiday in 4 weeks time,so Im hoping that carrying on as I am will do similar (though as Im getting lighter, its not going to be as easy!!) and I shall be in the (admittedly high end)15st area for that. I havent been sticking religiously to the diet - over the last couple of weeks Ive snuk the odd chocolate here and there,Ive had meat for lunch instead of soups and I havent drunk anywhere near the water that they recommend (and have had to have the prune juice to counteract that - YUK!!) and I havent always remembered my snacks, and Ive still done really well. I think Im going to keep the soups for when Im working, and have high protein/low carb lunches as well as dinners - my stomach seems to have shrunk too(well, I get full quicker!),which is a huge help!!!
Welcome everyone new, good luck, and if you dont want your vanilla or caramel shakes, sling them my way!!Do not meddle in the affairs of dragons, for you are crunchy and taste good with ketchup0
