    he'll not recognise you sheeps teeth :wink: think how much more weight you would lose if you had the snacks too - you might not be hungry but it keeps your metabolism going = more weight loss :D

    There are 229 kcal in the meal bar, not got any shakes on me so cant check those but roughly about the same.:o

    Just had a look and there is 211 kcal in the shakes.

    Thanks for the semi-diaries you have been keeping, it was what finally prompted me to stop reading about cs all over the web and actually try it.

    I tried a vanilla shake and wasn't sure I liked it, it seemed to be too sweet - but later in the week when I was craving something sticky, gooey and cream covered I had a will of iron and decided that was what the vanilla shake was for - to fix a sweet tooth.

    In a moment of inspiration/madness, I used less water, added icecubes to make the shake thick and gloopy and sprinkled the top with a couple of pinches of ground nutmeg - it was divine.
    The next I am going to try is one of the chocolates (4 in a box? I know I'm fat but it didn't there through chocolate abuse!!) with ground ginger :)

    Over to you - what do you do with yours?

    second week lost 7 lb.

    for every £5 you spend you get a stamp on your card, when you fill all 12 you get £5 off your next buy

  • well, finished first week 9lb lighter so as you can imagine i am delighted. hope I can do as well next week,

  • Hiya.... Ive been doing the celebrity slim diet for 8 days now and i got myself weighed after 5 days of doing it and i had lost 4 pounds already so it's great for people who cant stick to diets.

    Wow you're all doing great, I forgot to get weighed this morning but people have noticed at work so its good enough for me :o
