Well done on losing the 4lb..thats fab! I don;t think you need to be too hard on yourself for not having exercise when you've had really long days at work. And going to bed early when you're k'nacked is pretty goddess like me thinks. No point having nicely painted nails but bags under your eyes because of it.

Sorry to hear about crush man  Bring on the next one!

Well done on 4lbs:j I have never much fancied doing the slim fast thing but it seems to be doing the trick. Do you have a mini target?

Don't worry about goddess things, I have let that slide too as I've been busy but am planning to have spend a few hours over the weekend catching up. It's a much better idea for you to catch up on your sleep, which I think should count as a goddess thing anyway. :D

Well done on the 4lbs!!! That's great. Shame about crush man.....your fella is out there waiting and it'll probably happen when you least expect it - that's what happened to me. I was SO anti men and very much single at the time I met OH and we've been together nearly 4yrs now.

Echo what the others have said, don't be too hard on yourself - you've been working super hard and sleep is the best goddess action anyone can take!

Fab news on slimfast results :j

Well done, I've never tried it as I know I would never be able to do it!

Hmm, am most confused about crush man. If this were a film he would realise that new date is actually not very nice person and then at the end realise you were his 'destiny'.

However life isn't a film (most annoyingly... I have such a habit to imagine film-like endings for my relationships....) so I have no idea what is going on and I can only suggest you carry on as you are??!!

And completely agree with all the others, sometimes the best thing to do is to go to bed! Beauty sleep is a real concept you know!!!
I've got my own flat :j:j

Now I have to pay the bills

And feed my interiors addiction ;)
