Hi sweetie, sorry I've not been in for ages, when it comes to man I'm with Bowski -bring on the next one indeed ;)

fab news on the weight loss - I've done slimfast before & it was great; I liked the chocolate shakes; trouble is so did DD :(

    Thanks Lula

I don't like the shakes, I do the meal replacement bars and snacks. I am determined to see it through to the end of the week (apart from today - whoops :o) I won't do it long term, too boring, but I just wanted something to give me a start

Not really upset about 'crush man', I never really thought it would be reciprocated - just nice to flirt sometimes :D

I have been really naughty today. Eaten loads and once I had fallen off the wagon I just couldn't stop :o Had lost 4lbs up to this morning so not a bad total for the week - and I am getting back on track tomorrow instead of giving up

Got a dinner next Saturday so am planning a '7 day mini blitz goddess plan' - just a little confidence boost :D

I have bought a maxi dress to go to the races in July - it's on Barclaycard so here's the justification
    • I love it
    • it fits me
    • it was in the sale
    • it looks f fabulous with my gold wedges
    • my other clothes do not fit me and I cannot go to the races naked :D

Yay for snacky treats & a bit of flirting :D

Oooh just seen your post about naked horse racing ... Lady Shoe Galgodiva ? ;)perhaps.

You'll be horrified to hear that I've been culling my shoedrobe, I have had to accept that some of them are just not wearable unless sitting down.

The dress sounds fab, I'd like to be able to wear a maxi, but am totally the wrong shape & length :( I'm getting gold wedge envy now ... * wanders off to browse the Faith website*

I thought that too but actually they cover a multitude of sins! My arms are actually Ok and my boobs are good so all the fabric covering my dodgy legs is a good thing

My wedges are from Next - and were only £23! :j Actually they were only £3 as I have a £20 credit on my Next Directory account :j Almost free shoes

Maybe that will give him the opportunity to realise he misses you;)

I am liking the sound of that maxi dress, especially with your wedges. I've just ordered myself one, although I have no idea if it will suit me. Definitely tall enough, although I will have to see if the binge wings (sic) look too vile, or can be covered by a shrug.

    Hi

Am declaring a 4lb loss for this week so am pretty chuffed :j Start of the 7 day mini goddess plan - today I have
    • stuck to food plan
    • exercise DVD
    • slendertone
    • sunbed
    Other positives for today
    • my lovely mum is buying me a washing machine
Have been really busy at work again but am feeling quite positive. Nothing much planned over the weekend so going to try to get some 'stuff' done, here's the list for the weekend
    1. tidy apartment
    2. clean ensuite
    3. 2 x exercise sessions
    4. 2 x sunbed sessions
    5. 2 x slendertone sessions
    6. clear washing machine cupboard
    7. face pack
    8. hair treatment
    9. body treatment
    10. sort clothes
    11. sort paperwork
Would be fantastic if I could get all this done - feel free to nag me everybody
