:naughty::naughty::naughty::naughty: Step away from the directory ShoeGal!

Or maybe choose some things to order for a reward when you lose half a stone?

    Hi

Been really busy at work all week and am exhausted  That's my excuse for being really rubbish at everything else :o

Will get weighed tomorrow and review my list but don't think I'll be ticking much off :o and moneywise this month has been awful

Hey - don't be so hard on yourself. :A It's always really difficult to manage everything else when you are so busy at work. There are still a few days left of the month, so why don't you make a new list that reflects how busy you are, and works with it?

    Something like:
    • Slendertone x 3
    • Gradual tan
    • Buy 3 healthy microwave meals for remaining work days
    • Buy an extra magazine to have a night off
    • Drink 1.5 litres water a day
    • Post those 2 cheques
    Is that any use?

In other news, I am blaming you for my current predicament. :p I am sitting here wearing a peel off mask (Boots Time Delay cheapo) which takes 25 minutes to "set". So far I have scared Postie (well, actually caused him to laugh his head off), and made a delivery man look at me rather oddly. And I can't even laugh yet. :D So much for this morning's goddessing...

Hope today is treating you better...

    Hx

Have been really busy at work this week so haven't done much 'list busting' :o Will be busy over the next 3 weeks so am not going to do a list, will concentrate on work and anything else will be a bonus

    Has been a mixed week!

They delivered my new washing machine on Wednesday - and it was damaged  so that had to go back and I had to start again choosing another one - which should now be delivered on Monday

My eating has been very eratic - missed lunches cos I've been so busy, meals out, cakes at work, that sort of thing but I've lost 3lbs :j and have now lost half a stone overall :D Maybe not the best method of dieting but it's worked :rotfl:

My spending has been awful all month  I've spent the £50 I was hoping to put towards my overdraft and put loads on my Barclaycard :o including a top in the Oasis sale this morning  However, I have been offered £340 by my credit card for reclaimed charges, more than I was hoping for :T so I will accept and use the money to get my Barclaycard back down to zero. It's the only card I have left and I want to keep it as a sort of comfort blanket in case of a money emergency, a car breakdown or something like that - not a shoe purchasing emergency

Payday on Tuesday and July needs to be a sensible money month - I have a few things on so my aim is to enjoy them without increasing my debt. That means no silly spending on lunches, bad meal planning, magazines etc - tha sort of spending is starting to make me angry  , which is a good sign for the future :D

No list for this week but will try to post any daily positives and not let my weight creep back up

Off to a work dinner tonight and my weightloss and 'goddess' atempts have made me feel quite glam - so am looking forward to it :D

    Hi

Madly busy at work but had a couple of lovely compliments so I am really pleased about that :D I am trying to appear more professional at work, just sort of give off a better vibe - and I need to get more organised if I am to stand out

Finally got my new washing machine yesterday so am now working out how it works and trying to catch up on some washing - it's far to hot to sleep anyway so I might as well

Got my Barclaycard bill today and I knew I'd been sticking stuff on it - but £320  I am really cross with myself, it's just like my old, bad ways :o I had bought some clothes but there's about £100 of regular spending which should not be on a card or just rubbish :mad: I can just about afford it with the money I was going to put towards my overdraft as I want to keep the card clear but I must get out of this habit again :o The card stays at home from now on!

Got paid today so I need to update my budget and try to be really sensible this month. I have a couple of things on which I intend to enjoy so my target is just not to increase my debt - and nothing on a card :o

As have been so busy not done any exercise or goddess stuff so my aim for the rest of the week is just not to put any weight back on!

Oooh, forgot to mention, I am going for a drink with 'crush man' tomorrow :D He definitely only wants friendship but it's still nice to be asked

I admire Lula for getting out there with internet dating but I'm not sure I'm ready for that - I feel embarassed about my debt, which I don't seem able to control, and about my weight/looks. I think I need a bit more self confidence before I get out there :D
