Ok, feeling a bit 'mixed up' so time for a bit of a re-think/focus
Have had a mixed week, dinner with 'crush man' on Wednesday, dinner with friends on Thursday, dinner at a friends last night and a full girlie shopping day today.
Crush man is definitely only looking for friendship, so must be crush man no more - will not tie myself up in knots and remember, no freakin drama
Shopping was good, got a lovely bag for the races in a couple of weeks (with vouchers, so no spend) and a top in the Mango sale. Also bought a dress but I think I got a bit carried away so may take it back
I have managed to out a pound back on and have done no exerciseNot feeling very goddess like at the moment
Money is a bit of a disaster, only made the minimum payment to Barclaycard  - have run up about £400 on it - and there is still 3 weeks until payday
So overall, feeling a bit mixed up and out of sorts so I think I need to re-focus and get back on track
Work is calming down and I am off for a long weekend next weekend. I am going to use this as an opportunity to focus on dieting and do some exercise. Am also going to re-instate all my 'goddess' routines in time for the races in 2 weeks - water, vitamins, skincare, pedicures etc
I need to sit down, pull out all my paperwork and sort out a 'debt busting' plan - I can't undo the overspending of the last month but I need to make sure it doesn't get out of hand again
Want to really enjoy all the social stuff I have coming up - and feel F Fabulous, life is for living after all
OK - here's the plan for this week- lose 2lbs
- exercise 3 times
- drink a litre of water everyday
- sort paperwork/finances
- facial and pedicure

Been doing lots of thinking and 'self helpy' so these are my 2 conclusions:
- people do not reject me cos I am fat (they are not that shallow)
- I am not confident cos I am fat
- I am not confident so I perceive myself as rejected
- if I always do the same things I will always get the same results
So the plan is- focus on healthy eating/exerice/goddess stuff to make me more confident
- present to the world the person I want to be - even if I have to pretend at first!

Hey,
This sounds like a fab plan - might join you on it! I follow some of the rosemary conley diets in her mags they are based on 1200 calories - might be worth a look for you?? I find them easy to follow and know I am eating the calories and the right things rather than a choc bar and then hardly anything else due to massive calories in choc bar
I shall be back to keep you on trackxx

Spent most of the day sleeping and reading, think I needed a bit of a re-charge after a bust few weeks.

That sounds great. I love reading your plans as they are always sensible and a bit inspirational!
And I totally agree about being able to enjoy social occasions and to have a life.
